Don't go for this event planner. They are fraudsters. They delivered 50% of what was promised and spoilt my whole wedding. Please think twice before booking them. Friction started when their decorators and coordinators were clueless of the requirements, so much so that they have been banned from the hotel's vendor list. They expect you to make all the payment before the deliverables. Infact they stopped picking up our calls at the end. All they cared about was the full payment and mind you their payment has been deducted by another party as well because of their unprofessional behaviour. Honestly I haven't seen such an uncoordinated event company.

Wedding Dezire team is quite hard working. We have been in conversation with Shivam, Anjali and their decorator Upendra for more than 1.5 months and they have really amazed us with their work during the wedding. Each one of them put their best efforts in getting things done and made sure all the events were going on smoothly and beautifully. Their decoration turnaround at the Clarks Awadh was the exact replica of the designs which we shared and confirmed with them. Also, their vendors were quite good such as Anchor Ayushi, DJ, Dhol etc and a big shoutout to their decorator Upendra and his team for giving attention to details. Shivam and Anjali gave their full support and time in making sure all the events of wedding such as mehendi, sangeet, haldi and baraat/Shaadi were carried out with utmost grace and splendour. Also, their team at Help Desk for room check ins at hotel and welcoming guests to guide/help them was quite good. The extra 0.5 star is specially for the team to organise BARAAT DJ in just 2 hrs before the baraat as it wasn’t in our requirements earlier, but these guys somehow pulled it off. Hence, if you are looking for street smart wedding planners with “MODEST ATTITUDE” and who give their best service during those 2-3 days of the wedding with utmost dedication and devotion for client’s requirements , then these are the guys you should be signing in.
