Wedding Mubarak

I’m completely heartbroken and disappointed with Wedding Mubarak. Arshan and Taushif have ruined my wedding memories. My wedding was on 20th April, and it’s been 6 months, but I still haven’t received my wedding videos. I paid the full amount the next day after my wedding, trusting their promises. As per their own policy, they were supposed to deliver everything within 90 days, but it’s now been over 6 months, and still nothing has been provided. For the last 1.5 months, they have completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. I even spoke to Rajat, who is part of their team, and he confirmed that the company has no money to pay their staff salaries and that their website and operations are closed. This is not just unprofessional — it’s fraud. They took full payment and disappeared without delivering the work. These were my once-in-a-lifetime wedding memories, and they’ve completely ruined them. Please don’t trust Wedding Mubarak or anyone from this team. They are fraudulent and irresponsible, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

They are very bad people. Never hire them for your important moments in life. They will not deliver your pictures and videos on time. They hire third party workers and never show up at your event. They don't pay them on time. So, these third party workers hold the photographs with themselves. This lead to endless delays and fake excuses from Taussif and Arslan. I would never recommend anyone to book them. Otherwise, you will regret like me. It's better to book someone trustworthy even at higher cost.

It was extremely disappointing. They are unprofessional. The team they sent was not expert or even lazy to capture the moment. They spoiled my event. At the date of your wedding the will try to get 90% of amount. But their work was extreme poor. Feel if you loose the moments you desired to be captured.
