We were recommended WP through our venue ( Bogmallo Beach resort) . We went with them as their communication was good and they understood our design choices and budget. Eventually however we ended up above budget with service that missed the mark. Starting with the positives, 1. They were fairly responsive during mood board discussions . We were coordinating with them from US and they accommodated our requests and were available on WhatsApp and calls. 2. They got the decor right especially for outdoor day events. Our wedding looked great in the pictures but frankly it was also due to the location. 3. They were helpful in setting expectations with our venue and other vendors. As well as guiding how to best deal with local vendors. However, the attention to details that can make or break the experience were missing 1. They introduced the on-ground team way later in the process which led to a lot of mismanagement. They charged us for vendor management but at the end 80% of the work landed on our family members 2. Simple attention to details were missing . For example we had a cake cutting during our engagement and we had ordered a table for the cake but they forgot to put a knife next to it. They had multiple folks around the room but it took them a while to arrange for one. They set up the Photo Booth but the buffet table was in the frame. 3. We remember discussing fresh flowers for a few small design elements and they charged us for same but provided artificial flowers . The lighting for night events was way off and was actually not comfortable. 4. Their final on ground logistics were definitely subpar and overall support was minimal. Significant hand holding was required. Little things like that definitely make you roll your eyes. Overall our experience was adequate.

I am so thankful for Wedding Pheras! They were the first company I spoke to, and they were able to answer every question I had in a timely manner. They were so helpful when it came time for me to book my wedding, and everything went so smoothly. Our guests couldn’t stop praising all the arrangements.

I had a lot of specific requests, which Jeet & Rhea accommodated with no problem at all. The quality of their work was spectacular and they always responded quickly to any questions I had. They also ensured we were well taken care of throughout the 3 day's ceremonies. Their team too is very efficient and well-trained. The third party vendors whom we booked on our own, they coordinated with them smoothly, with no additional cost. They provided us local vendors who are tried and tested, saving us much time, hassle and money.

If I could provide a negative feedback, I would do so. Stay away of Jeet and Rhea for your special occasion. They hardly care about the client , never supervise and will make your life miserable during stressful times. My dad is on a wheelchair and they knew it since day 1, still they didn’t put a ramp on the mandap and my dad couldn’t do kanyadan. This wae the biggest fiasco along with numerous others such as committing to something and delivering something else. My wedding happened in 35 degree celcius and we are not from Goa, they promised us a mist fans which were hardly functional and my makeup drained in sweat during phere.

They did a great job! l. It was a pleasure working with them. I simply loved each and every decor setup. Seeing my dream wedding vision in reality increased my happiness quotient by a 1000 times. I want to thank them for making my wedding so special ❤️

I was very skeptical initially to choose which company to choose for my Marriage event. But somehow after multiple discussions with Rhea and Jeet , I thought lets go with them. It was a 5 day event based in South Goa and that too during severe covid times when even lockdown happened in Goa. I must say,Going with Rhea’s team was the best decision i had taken.Each and every event starting from tilak,mahndi,haldi,sangeet and marraige went awesome. All the decor and entertainment was up to the mark ,meticulously done and executed in perfection. Even during lockdown even in the last moment if i asked that was taken care of. I think vendors forget we can write reviews later. We were kind of stuck with this because we made the payment and realized we have now no option. We initially chose the vendor because it shows a cheaper cost on Wed Me and the hotel (Taj) recommended him. But by the end of it all we ended up paying the same as other vendors and still didn’t get professional attitude. He would promise and then not deliver on the actual day and you can’t do anything about it. We paid extra just to exchange garlands on the beach and he didn’t put any chairs next to the aisle even though a day before the wedding my family specially met him for that. On wedding day, he was no where to be seen. At our after party, the lamp string, weren’t working. Our guests noticed it, he just let them hang. The taste you will have to give. As that’s lacking. The attitude will be like he is doing us a favor. A bridal nightmare when you can see everything is off, that you worked for months on but you are too busy getting married. At the end of it all, I have still given him 3 because the wedding looked beautiful. But that also has a lot to do with the property, my family planning and us coming through last minute.

We would highly recommend wedding pheras for managing any kind of events. They were thoroughly professional, creative and co operative. we had hired Wedding Pheras (WM) for Sangeet , Wedding and reception of my son in Nov 2016. The themes were selected with lot of thoughtfulness keeping in mind our requirements, the decor was innovative and classy, and the co-ordination of decorations, lights, props , music and associated aspects was executed gracefully . The events conducted were awesome, flawless and attracted lavish praises from all including foreigners from the bride's side. WP team showed us their previous work, we were actually in a mind can they do it what they showing or it’s just google images. But then on final day they came up wit the set up.
