Me and my fiancee booked this for our engagement and it was a worst decision which we regret now. They are highly unprofessional and lack the way of how to deal with customers. They are always running after clearing the payment and not worried about sending the deliverables even after 3 months. While clicking pictures too we had to call them multiple times during the party. These guys even lack picture editing skills. Please select these people at your own wish and just to clear this is not a made up review. Its an experience which i had to bear.

The worst ever decision of my life to select this vendor on the very special day of my life. They do not have single idea of editing and designing the album. Out of total photos clicked maximum are not proper in some.. they cut the head or a side line of a body.. no idea about how to make a good video.. they are very unprofessional and the person.. Jajashree - once u make payment, he will shout at you will not listen to you.. simply denies the fact that u say.. and always he will say.. the location u have selected not good.. the dress u wore was inappropriate.. and xyz reasons.. ideally a photographer.. is the one who has the art of making the best of what it is.. never select this vendor.. they don't know there basic job.. and they are highly rated..All the time.. they will say trust me we will do our best .. but none came out that good..In that case as I didn't trust them at all I said as per our arrangement.. u give the final delivery we will pay.. after all we are reputed ones.. not like them... The way they deal with customers.. they didn't even deliver our album and videos.

We booked Wedding Photo Creators for my wedding on 14th February, 2021. It was an amazing experience. All of them were professional, punctual and the quality of work that they produced was quite good and satisfying.

Totally regretted choosing this photographers, they do not deliver on time, nor are they interested in keeping contact after taking 50% of the total money as advance. The photographers themselves were not at all interested in clicking photos, they looked like they are exhausted all the time, they behaved horribly, they had to be called each time for each photo to get clicked. The photos taken were mediocre, nothing out of the ordinary. After paying the money, all we did is run after them for the deliverables.

Their service is prompt, professional and totally VFM. We’re photo-travel-food-bloggers ourselves and needless to say, we wanted not just traditional but different POVs and angles. And True Shades didn’t fail us. The team was there at the decided team, stayed with us till the wee hours of the morning, till I had to force them to leave. And the final reel and videos (especially the highlight video) were mind blowing. All in all, a great experience. And highly recommended.

They are one of the most unprofessional group of photographers I had seen.This is once in a lifetime event, and if you are spending money ,choose wisely. I know wedding photo creators will make a lot of comments on this saying that I had intentionally posted this things to malign they.But you can contact on my gmail sabya89.sabyasachi@gmail.com to get further details. Starting from Day one , they were totally unsupportive and unprofessional.They did not report on time.Myself who was the groom had to drive to their office to bring them as they were delaying giving lame excuses.It was already 1 n half hours late from actual time. They did not take a proper solo portrait pic of the bride on wedding day.Just after the wedding ceremony got over, they packed their bags. Canvera Album editing was nothing but just arranging the pics in boxes.No editing at all.I had to take editing styles from internet to show them how it actually should be by creating a dummy page in PowerPoint .But as it was already done by some different editor, I was allowed to ask for change in 3 pages. The editing was so poor that they even dont know basics, they did not even give frames to the pages and it is looking like , the pics are cut from sides. They had promised Superior quality canvera album ,but what they had provided seems to be the cheapest quality with bad quality pages.Even a local photographer gave much better album during my brother's marriage.They create some album with no editing and expect us to detect and tell them all changes in one go ,they do not have any editing skills at all. Video The video was made quite early but they did not show me even a low quality version , inspite of requests.I had already made 80% payment.Still they did not show.I had to wait for the album which was delayed due to lockdown and after 7 months I got the video and album after full payment. The video was shocking.They had promised 30-40 mins video , but it was a 21 min video.We had already given the songs list and they had accepted but none of the songs were in the video.Most of the clips of reception were missing in the video including my family clips.We had all the clips that they gave us fortunately after a lot of requests.We requested them to change the songs and add the clips.They agreed.But later when we got the edited video it was a completely disappointing. They had just put the new songs and did not do any tempo adjustment of the video with respect to the new songs.In some places video pace was slow and in background a fast song was playing.When I asked them, they told that they had made the video long time ago ,and the working file was already deleted. So this was the max they could do .I still requested subhojit with whom I contracted but he didn't reply.I could do nothing as I had already made the payment.They did not allow me to check the video before making payment. Now I have to spend some more money and get the video made from some different editor . Only one positive, Jasaswi is a good photographer , but he is very unprofessional.
