Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Lacking Transparency – Avoid This Business! Our experience with this business has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Here are the key issues I faced: 1. Unclear Quotation and Additional Demands: Even after finalizing a quotation, they asked for an additional payment 15% as in the form of incentive at the time of delivery. This 15% will be under the table. Which is definitely fishy. Not Documenting the Final quotation demanding Incentives are completely unprofessional. This was presented as a dependency to avoid delays in delivery, which is both unethical and highly unprofessional. 2. Doubling Back on Commitments: They canceled our booking just three weeks before the agreed-upon date without informing us. This created significant stress, especially when we learned they prioritized another client over night without informing us. This lack of accountability and commitment is unacceptable. When we communicated about this they responded "this is our way of dealing " !! Which I found is ridiculous. 3. Suspicious Payment Practices: They avoid legitimate bank transactions, sharing bank account details. claiming it’s "too much to handle" via bank transaction and taxation and pushing for cash payments or transfers through third-party apps like PhonePe using random accounts. This raises serious concerns about their credibility and trustworthiness. 4. No Documentation or Invoices: There is no provision for proper documentation, invoices, or receipts, and no information on the deadline of work delivery in the agreement letter they provided, which legitimate businesses should always provide. Their lack of accountability in this regard is highly concerning. 5. Dishonest Communication: Their communication was unclear, misleading, and riddled with last-minute changes. Even after deciding on terms, they continued to change their commitments, adding further frustration to the experience. This business operates with little to no transparency, lacks professionalism, and fails to honor its commitments. If you’re considering working with them, I strongly advise against it. Reliable businesses ensure clear communication, proper documentation, legitimate payment channels, and accountability—none of which this business provides. Avoid at all costs! Or think twice before planning projects with them.

Captured few good photos but in return you will get 1 year subscription of unprofessional behavior. They have zero work ethics and you have keep chasing and following up with them for each and everything. Poor quality album even wrote the name wrong in the album . I will never recommend them to any one .

1 star rating only for some good photos clicked.The photographers did not capture some important moments. Quality of album,teaser is worst . Uncooperative and very unprofessional people.I and my family are highly disappointed with the quality of work.
