Our event was held in mid-July 2025. It's Feb 2026 and we still haven't received our edited photographs and the 3-minute trailer and 20 mins video as per the terms/contract. Vinay asked for 75% payment before the event and about a month later pestered for the remaining 25% payment. After I paid the full amount trusting him, he kept giving one or the other reason but never delivered anything.
