Fraud company they don't work professionally, don't loose money, see how many people Reema is cheating

SCAMMERS!! Beware of the greedy owner Mrs Reema Bhatt. exactly after ONE month of booking and THREE months before my wedding, I decided to cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances. She took 2 LAC in advance and didn't return ANYTHING after I cancelled. When I called a few other photographers to ask them about the payment terms all of them said the same thing - 3 months is enough to give a heads up and refund is possible. Worst customer service. I will never refer it to anyone I know.

I had hired Wedding Twinkles to capture all my special moments. I knew them from the start and they are good friends of mine so we had this perfect team on my wedding. We not just worked together but enjoyed as well. Ofcourse, we were very much comfortable and we knew they would do wonders and that is what they did. I loved the work, got all the content on time, no delay- nothing plus the quality and everything was so good. Pictures turned out to be really beautiful.

the service they gave was very amazing but the only glitch that i found was that the number of people ie the photographers were a little less

They are always busy and always have excuses to avoid things. They want their full money in advance and then you just keep calling for your videos , photos and everything and you won’t get any reply. They don’t even have the discipline to call or text. I would never ever recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money on them. It’s better you put the money on any local street photographer than them. It was my biggest mistake to waste my valuable money and life long memories on them. Wedding Twinkles is a scam and overly hyped wedding photographer. We are anyways filling a complaint against them for 420 , fraud and illegality charges. Scam!!!

We found them via Wedmegood and followed their work on Instagram and Facebook. We liked what we saw so much that we didn’t even consider other photographers. Their team was very professional and extremely helpful. I coordinated with Reema and she is wonderful and extremely pleasant to work with. They came to the event with a clear vision, helping us with posing, etc. They did such an amazing job with the candid shots, making sure everyone was captured. We have received our Mehndi and Sangeet edited pictures and they look awesome. We can’t wait to see the rest of the wedding pictures and videos. Love this team. Thanks!

Immaculate !! one word that comes to my mind when I think about Wedding Twinkles. They were referred to me by my friend who had hired them for his wedding and since I didn't stay in India , I only had to depend on word on mouth. Iam SO SO glad I did. Waste of money. They are very unprofessional. They looted my friend for whom they charged a bomb.

Even my brother hired them for pre weeding shoot. When we asked for cd or send pic they are like pay full payement we shall send.. even after paying full amount of 1 lac didnot get any pic.. and they are posting pic in their instagram fb etc account but not giving copy. Do any one know how to get cd i posted comment on fb also but they deleted it. Thanks god we did not hire for marriage but wasted lot of bugs on them. They are cheater please do not hire them they take your money they enjoy places and do their own photography but never revert to ur mail or call. They will never send u copy of ur shoot.. i request everyone to create a # tag for them so it would be easy for ppl to get cheated #weddingtwinkles #weddingtwinklescheater

Thank God it was wedding twinkles for my sisters wedding this time..An awesome team with such talented photographers..starting from the pre-wedding destination shoot to the main event everything was so wonderful. Thanks a lot for all the effort and the hardwork. This is no doubt the best wedding photography team I have come across. Their photographers do a decent job but you will have a hard time coordinating - super slow and inefficient in terms of deliverables! Steer away, or you will end up wasting a lot of time and energy. FYI, It's been 9 months since my sister got married and we haven't received any post wedding video clips or edited pictures! Just a dump of all the pictures they took, they did not even bother sending across shortlisted pictures.

Loved their work from what I saw in videos and photos! But heard the same kind of little negative feedback on customer service from one of my friend's friend, so didn't go ahead with them!

They might be good with their work , but very bad with customer relations. Least bothered with what , the customer wants. From my experience , I would not reccomend them to anybody. Money is their priority, once advance had been given, they did not care to be responsive to our requirement . And when questioned , they best they could do was runaway from this situation. They donot deserve any advance payments, you might just be taken for a ride , thats what they have done to me. If I would have an option I would rate them in minus
