Ifound this photographer agency in Wed me good. I contacted them and they instantly prepared the quote and charged us. On our wedding day, the photographers were patient and we had a good experience till then. After that it has been a crazy ride to chase them for an album. After chasing them multiple times, Shilpa provided us with the pen drive with the raw pictures last year. We got married on Nov 2024 and till now, we have not received the album. Chased Shilpa multiple times, every month, both my husband and myself have been messaging her and calling her but the standard response we get is, we are working on it or we have been busy hence could not complete it. The quote had video in it and when I asked about it, she said it was by mistake added. They have charged for whole thing and added something by mistake which is not acceptable. However, we are still waiting for the album and I dont know if we will receive it this year too.

Not at all a good experience with them. They gave us a package in which they provided makeup artist and photography, but the team is very disrespectful. They just don't listen to you and even charges extra from us
