White Flamingo events were so wonderful!  They helped us navigate an unexpected venue change 5 months before our big day and also answered any questions we had along the way.  Most importantly, they handled any & all vendor communication during the month of so we did not ever have to worry about confirming details or timeline, which was a huge help - especially the week of.  On our wedding day, they handled unexpected weather conditions very professionally and were attentive to our vision the entire time.  Anisha even picked up shawls for the bridal party so they wouldn’t be cold during outdoor photos.  Don’t miss out on their expertise!

Finding White Flamingo events and working with Anisha was the best decision we could have made! Everyone needs a day of coordinator, it’s impossible to stay sane while planning a wedding without one. We also found their pricing to be fair and straight forward, it was one flat price and they didn’t try to itemize things (like many other coordinators had quoted us). We were so happy with how attentive and easy to communicate Anisha was, we had a lot of details that needed to be figured out super short notice, like table linens and she knew exactly how to navigate everything and really put us at ease. Anisha also epically saved us from the rain, literally running through torrential downpour with two umbrellas to make sure my wife and I were covered.

Anisha, our day-of coordinator at Udaipur Leela Palace, was truly a blessing for our wedding. Dealing with a complex timeline, she ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our big day stress-free. Her attention to detail was impressive, taking care of aspects we hadn't even considered. Despite learning about guest transportation issues post-event, Anisha efficiently handled them, ensuring a seamless experience. When I booked with White Flamingo events, Anisha reached out right away to discuss what I wanted & my vision for the Wedding day. She was extremely kind and made me more excited about my wedding day! From the beginning, she was on top of all the details of the weddings- even tackling things that I did not even think of! She kept constant contact with all the other vendors and handled any/ all concerns & questions they had. All the vendors had nothing but great things to say about Anisha after the wedding. She was so fun and the relationship felt super close! The entire bridal party loved the fact that had fruit snacks if they felt hungry and helped in any capacity. We hired White Flamingo Events as a day of coordinator for our special day at Taj Fateh Prakash. They really work with you three months in advance of the big day which I found to be incredibly helpful, they are much more than just day-of! I worked with Anisha who was absolutely ANAZING!! She made me “to-do” lists along the way, which just kept me organised, and recommended cool ideas to make our wedding unique. She was literally a lifesaver the day of our wedding and kept my parents under control lol. She made sure all vendors got their tips, she made sure I was pampered, she dealt with small transportation issue which I didn’t even know about until after the wedding, she even stopped off to me a stuff the morning of since I forgot to get. I cannot say enough about Anisha. She took care of everything the day of and put my entire family at ease. WFE was worth every penny!!

People find planning their wedding stressful, especially when it’s a destination wedding, but we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. On the wedding day they ran around ensuring everything was perfect. And in the lead up they could not have possibly done more for us. We felt like we were their only clients which says a lot about them and their approach. We honestly can’t recommend them enough and have found friends for life in the WFE crew.

Anisha, you beautiful girl! You were my main contact person during the planning stages and I knew I could count on getting answers immediately from you anytime I had a question. The day of, you were even more accommodating, anytime I wanted to push something back or move something up, or anything I wanted, you were like little magic genie and made it happen. You were everywhere - and so I also know that, without you, the wedding would have been very different at Taj Fateh Prakash Palace. The problems were ran into were only minor hiccups when they could have been more disastrous but taken care with ease.

Anisha did a fantastic job on our wedding day and honestly worth every cent! She kept our entire day on schedule and made our large wedding flow seamlessly. She was easy to work with and just a pleasure in general. I recommend White Flamingo Events and Anisha to any bride who wants to have a relatively stress-free wedding day at Fairmont Jaipur.
