Is there a zero? Cause that’s what I would give! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! I had my wedding booked in December this year. However due to NZ COVID border restrictions we are not able to go to India and cancelled the wedding. We had informed White Lily in beginning of June that we don’t think the government is going to ease the restrictions, so there was plenty of notice for them. I have been chasing up since then (6months now) for a refund and have gotten a different “generic” excuse every time. Firstly they show me this contract which doesn’t actually mention COVID terms and conditions. On top of that when we clarified about this on our first meeting, they seemed to care a lot and show “professionalism.” Where has that gone now? They don’t even pick up my calls. They agreed to a 30% refund before the end of October. Even that hasn’t come through and I got told another excuse. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!! Would not recommend to any family….especially NRIs.

Seeing the way Chintan handled the nitty-gritty of coordination at a close friend’s wedding, we knew that we needed him for our wedding too! Although we hired them just a few months before the wedding, they were always by our side and supported us through the toughest of times. Their vendor negotiation skills are commendable. Most importantly, they help you to remain calm in stressful situations. It was great working with them :)

White Lily Events was just amazing. We had very less time as we planned the wedding on a very short notice. We have been together for almost a decade and we had a ton of plans and ideas for how the wedding should have been done and due to the lack of time we started looking for a planner. Before Chintan approached us, we had almost interviewed 10 other planners and we had even started working with one of them. But just after the first meeting with Chintan, we were sure White Lily it is. It was a Christian wedding, we had not finalized the venue, food or even the events and we just had 30 days to go. Chintan was with us in almost every step. Helped us finalize the events, budget planning, Vendor selections, event planning and this allowed us to focus on other things that we had to do. We wanted to do the entire event by ourselves without taking any help from our families and it could not have been possible without Chintan. Chintan is amazing with planning your entire event and especially when it comes to decor. The house and the event locations were done better than what we had even thought of. The church decoration was probably one of the best I've ever seen in the Church(Don Bosco, Vadodara) in the last 20 years even with all the limitations due to COVID. Finally the D Day was the best. Chintan handled each and everything from start till the end, coordination with the vendors, photographers, the MC at the reception, the banquet decor, everything was better that expected. Even though there were minor delays from our end, He made sure we did not have to worry about anything. He had even taken care of some of the payments which made us carefree on the D day. I'll definitely recomend them to everyone. Already gave his reference to all my friends :) And most of all, we both made a real good friend with Chintan. He was just like a family member. Keep it up. ?
