This took us far too long to write and we are so very sorry to keep you waiting. As we sat down to write our experience with Ergo as wedding planners, we were at a loss for words. We didn’t know whether to begin describing our professional experience with them or the personal connection we shared. As wedding planners, they were beyond splendid. They were attentive to all our needs and executed the ideas we had with extreme perfection. The team was just a phone call away and made room for all of our last minute demands; they were dependable and we never had even to remind them about the tiniest detail. There was a sense of relief and comfort to see them around the house, because we knew there was nothing to worry about. We enjoyed a truly stress-free wedding and woke up each day to some magical decorations the team whipped up. As much as we enjoyed the professional relationship, we enjoyed their company even more. We would often engage in constant chit chat and banter, and their stories never ceased to make us laugh. They treated our family, friends and other visitors with the utmost kindness, constantly greeting everyone with the warmest smiles. The team at Ergo felt more like family, with their constant reassuring presence on the days leading upto the wedding. The most of all we will miss is the company of Seema, Rajesh and Namita. More than anything, if there is one thing that truly sets them apart is their humility. They are grounded and humble and that is something we constantly admire about them. If we were to plan another wedding, there is no doubt who it will be with.
