My zero gravity experience is the worst of all. Please never take this. Full audio cut and shaky videos. It has been 6 months. No deliverables. Photos are messed. Video is the worst nightmare. Attached a conversation from them. We paid 80k plus their travel plus food and accommodation. They don’t give us bill for full amount but only 11k bill given. I wish I could add video. But size is limited here. Audio has been disconnected many times in 1 hours ceremony. People walking down the aisle is fully shaken and 20 steps is cropped 3 to 4 times. Saying their photographers walked in between so they had to take it like that. Many bridal party is vanished with one step. Please do not take this. Any more details to see the proof. I am ready to share.

My experience with Zero Gravity has been nothing short of a nightmare. They got the complete payment done in advance and took more than a month to give us our wedding videos.The wedding videos are just compilation of raw videos with no skillful editing. The background music starts and ends abruptly.We have requested for changes more than thrice now and yet what we have is a poorly made video of our core memory for life. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

After researching a lot on wedding photographers, I’ve narrowed down to Zerogravity and I’m very impressed with their photos and their delivery. I was contacted by Sairam Gandhi (Sales Manager) and he explained the process in detail. Photographers led by Vishnu was excellent and the final output of images was excellent. Kudos to Syed and Siva for coordinating during the event and delivery respectively. Would definitely recommend them who requires quality output.

ZEROGRAVITY LEAKS/SELLS YOUR PRIVATE PHOTOS FOR PROFIT . It was 2.5 years back and still I am facing the consequences of their actions. They had told me that our provatr pre we'd shoot photos will not be shared on social media. Trusting them was a big mistake. Within few days of the shoot our photos were shared in instagram facebook and it was circulated to other sites as well maybe for their profit after selling them . When I told them to address the issue they casually said that it was not under their control and ppl might have take. Screen shot of the photos and would have circulated. Extremy unethical and money minded company . I sincere hope people don't waste their money on this company for your private photos are never safe with them

They are completely moneyminded. They had charged 1.75 lakhs for my 3 hours engagement function and only one candid photographer came from zerogravity remaining they have outsourced from our place itself.Dont loose ur valuable time and money.. Better choose other professional studios..

Very unhappy with the output. We spent so much and the quality of what they gave doesn’t even match a local not-so-famous photography studios. The only thing that was good were candid edited photos. Videos were absolutely dissatisfactory. Tired of following up with them and getting the changes made. Been 2 years and we still haven’t got our videos/albums yet

We had them booked for my daughter's wedding. We are blown away with the kind of photograph we got. They are breathtaking, beautiful and everything we could have ever dreamed of. They were able to capture the raw emotions so beautifully and perfectly. The quality is also really good. They were really pleasing to have around. They captured good pictures and video for my wedding, engagement, Haldi and pre wedding photo shoot. But they didn’t provide the edited version of my videos and pictures till date. We had hired zero gravity photography team to capture our wedding functions and it was a great experience hiring them. There was no kind of delay in anything, they were on time and also delivered the pictures on time, the candid shots were really good. I just feel that the traditional ones could have been better.

HI ALL, I BEG U TO READ THIS I swear I have wasted my money by hiring them so please don't do the same. 1) For my reception, wedding and post wedding shoot they have charged me Rs.100000/- (ONE LAKH) in cash for that they didnt give me any sort of GST bill or receipt copy YET. (Wedding date 20th Apr 2018). 2) they quoted me like Wedding and reception Rs.90000/- and post wedding shoot Rs.10000/- and i have accepted it. after my wedding i have asked for post wedding shoot date but they didnt give me any reply. (have proof) 3) Till now i didnt take any post wedding shoot yet so i am asking my cash (Rs.10000/-) back but Mrs.Seetha who took my order is not responding properly. 4) After so many follow ups like mails , phone calls , whatsapp message i got my album on 15th Nov 2018. In that also they made a mistake. 5) They gave me a HD video CD which is not working in windows PC. 6) their office staff is not giving their MD Mr.Ajay phone number, 7) they are OUTSOURCING the photographers, they are their on roll staffs. Whoever accepting for their low payment they will hire them .

DO NOT HIRE THEM!! You are NOT hiring a photographer, instead, you are hiring a company that OUTSOURCES their work, so you don't know who the photographer is. They are also very difficult to work with and coordinate. They kept trying to charge us for things which were already included in the contract. They also don't know who the photographer would be until 1 week before the event!!! Once they have your deposit, forget about getting a good customer service. SO...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I talked to Aditya Reddy from Zero Gravity in April for my late November wedding and booked the dates for my Reception and Wedding in Hyderabad after my parents visited their elegant studio and saw samples of albums and portraits. The booking process was simple and I do recommend you have the details of the number of guests per event and venues as it helps ZG determine the number of photographers needed and quote you accordingly. The timing of the various events was fixed by Meera from the ZG team with my father a few days before D-Day and the photographers were promptly present for each one of them. During the reception and wedding, the photographers and videographers were professional, friendly and did an amazing job considering how maddening and chaotic a South Indian wedding is. I personally love my pictures being taken but my then-fiance and current-husband absolutely hates pictures (sigh!!). But Aditya and his team were so great at capturing my husband's candid moments so well, even I am amazed! (Thanks guys!) The post-production of the photos and videos took some time but I would say it was well worth the wait. Remember, that these pictures and videos are the only way to relive your wedding day for years to come, so be patient and clearly tell them what you want. For example, my parents wanted the albums to be printed in a certain sequence, which they only approved for printing after several iterations of editing. Abhishiktha, from the ZG post-production team took care of their every request and patiently worked with us to get us the end result (Thank you Abhishiktha for being so patient and working tirelessly to get us what we want). I would be remiss if I don't mention the wonderful Wedding Film that the ZG team created for me. For the wedding film, I had requested Aditya to merge a song which has both Tamil and Telugu versions as my husband is Telugu and I am Tamil. I cannot begin to explain how beautifully the song was merged and the corresponding video was matched. It was admired by all our family members and friends. I would highly recommend future brides and grooms to opt for this service with Zero Gravity as its well worth your money and its something you can cherish lifelong. My only regret is not having enough time for pre- or post- wedding couple shoot with ZG but oh well, I guess we can always do it next time when in India! In conclusion, I would like to say Aditya and his team at Zero Gravity Hyderabad have enabled me to relive my wedding memories over and over again with their talented photography and creative skills! I just want to thank the photographer team who came for our post wedding shoot , I really wanted to say this they are awesome, passionated, hard working, no words to describe their dedication, I am totally satisfied with the crew , they have given plenty of suggestions and the poses , we really loved the pictures, such a nice people , they were very friendly at the same time very keen on their work , very punctual, we had to go to the beach at early morning 5 clock , before us they were ready on time, even they were ready before us.
