Photo and album quality is good

We hired Zero Gravity Photography for our engagement shoot and trusted them with preserving memories from one of the most important milestones of our lives. When we recently reached out regarding our engagement photographs, we were informed that the data had been permanently deleted from their Google Drive and could not be retrieved. We were told that the team previously maintained backups but stopped doing so after Google began charging for storage. If there was a change in their backup policy, clients should have been clearly informed before permanently deleting important event data. Unfortunately, instead of a transparent and accountable response, our experience has been marked by defensiveness. Communication has also been inconsistent, with delayed replies and periods where our messages were not responded to, which felt evasive. Engagement photographs are not ordinary files — they are irreplaceable memories. Professional photography services must have clear data retention policies, responsible backup systems, and respectful communication. The loss of our engagement photographs is deeply upsetting, and the handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing.

My experience with Zero Gravity has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took more than a month to give us our wedding videos and don’t get me started on other deliverables they took exactly 1 month to deliver raw photos . The wedding videos are just compilation of raw videos with no skilful editing. The background music starts and ends abruptly.Highly dissatisfied with the service. I’ll never recommend this photography to my family and friends .I honestly had only 5 nice couple pics that’s all from the whole event . What’s the role of candid photographer?? He didn’t even take any good candid pic of us and my family .They are only money minded they kept nagging us to pay before event .we booked another photographer (I don’t want to call out their names then it will be like promotion for them I don’t want that, I already gave a positive review for them in google ) for my reception wedding they did an absolutely wonderful job . They shared Og photos in 4 days .They listen to our opinions . For one candid video they edit that video literally 5-6 for our preference and song selection also they listened to our choice . More importantly they did amazing job in photography I liked each and every photos .From other photography I can select upto 50 favourite and nice pics .Never recommending Had spent a couple of lakhs in these people to be just extremely disappointed.
