I had arranged for AV caterers for my son’s wedding reception recently. Right from the start, their communication was very clear and professional giving me all the menu options to suit our requirements. Gautham also arranged for us to taste the food on location of an event for us to have first hand experience of the food as well as the service and that was what nailed it for us. We were very impressed by the quality and taste of the food as well as the impeccable service. We didn’t have to look futher. I had many queries on different points and Gautham cleared all my doubts and answered everything without any hesitation. I could see the outcome on the day of the event. He made sure to have everything arranged beautifully well on time which put us at ease. We had expected around 400 guests for the buffet and the turnout was 450. Nevertheless the staff served the guests with a smile. Food taste and quality was excellent, presentation was fabulous and service was fantastic. The feedback I got from my guests were that they enjoyed the food and variety offered, quality was top notch and guests were well served and taken care of with generous servings. All this added to the overall guest experience and the event was a grand success. Thanks to Gautham and team who worked tirelessly and put in their best efforts to make it happen for us. Gautham was more like a family member taking personal care of our requests and accommodating every minute requirement. I highly recommend the AV caterers. All the food during my 2-day wedding event was catered by them. Each meal was delicious and the staff was very polite and courteous. They customised the menu per our requirement and also took note of any special needs (for example, we needed a dish without rice, onion and garlic). Food was always served hot and on time. Gautham and his team were always present to oversee the process and ensured the guests were comfortable. I heard from many of my guests later that they loved the food during the event.
