Finding "A Wedding Story" and Simran was quite serendipitous. And working with them was a beautiful experience. Since the beginning we felt safe with Simran and things just clicked. She was open and straightforward. The whole team was brimming full of beautiful ideas and very practical. This made the planning easy and convenient. During the whole process they walked us through their planning. And the events were managed wonderfully. The decor was tasteful and there were absolutely no hiccups at all. It went so smooth. Definitely took a load off our minds having them there to oversee things. And I know they put in so much work. Great experience. They made our wedding special. Thank you Team "A Wedding Story"! 💖

Don't go for A wedding story, as they are scammers. They are not professional at all. Don't fall for Simran's words as she never delivers whatever promised. They will just ruin your experience of wedding planning, you will be tensed till last minute. They will always give you excuses as their family member is not well or died and keep on delaying things. They just care about money, once you pay them they don't even bother to reply you. They delivered just 50% of what was promised Worst wedding planners ever.

They'll ruin it" "Most of the positive reviews are from their team members only" TLDR; Very bad experience and service. if you want to be tension free during your wedding festivities , don't go with the wedding story. you've to take all the followups. during meeting they would say 'yeah yeah whatever you say we will provide you & within your budget' but it won't happen and at the last moment they would do it according to their convenience. They'll say they would provide 3D designs to give you a perspective. And work backwards according to your budget. Don't fall for that. During the event all the members won't be there and someone's relative may definitely be unwell or die. these are their common excuses , that you will hear whenever there is delay deliverable. (read other reviews and you'll understand). Even if your budget is low lookout for other alternatives.At least you'll be satisfied.

A wedding story - an incredibly frustrating & disappointing experience. I can't even begin to express how disappointed I am with this shitty event planning company. It's like they took our trust in the beginning and just ran with it, leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouth. Especially Simran who didn't even bother to show up to our wedding. That's a major letdown and a huge breach of trust. Wedding day is supposed to be one of the most important and memorable days of your life, and for these event planners to not fulfill their commitment is just plain wrong. Our wedding was in Goa & they were just out to squeeze every penny from us without delivering the quality service we were expecting, the only statement I received was “Goa hai ma’am, goa me sab mehenga hai”. I asked her to give printed flex in the pathway, aapne plain select kiya tha she said, i asked her for running aisle, aapne bouquet aisle select kiya tha she said. I mean, come on, charging more for everything & still not able to give the bare minimum. Never seen anyone as unprofessional as them. Every function started late because of their laziness & lack of effort. They showed all their interest & effort initially while signing the contract with us. That’s all. BIG THUGS WITH BIG MOUTHS!

Highly recommended.. the wedding was picture perfect. Simran and waseem hve always been on toes to get every work done just the way we wanted. You can trust on them and relax. They will do it for you.

If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further than A Wedding Story. I was beyond impressed by Simran and her team. Here is a list of reasons: 1. They are dependable - you can trust them to do their job once you're clear on what you want 2. They are flexible - they listen to you if you change your mind on something 3. They are experienced - they offer some great suggestions if you're unsure about something 4. They are considerate - they work with the budget you give them and are realistic about what is and isn't possible within that. They don't pressurize you into paying more or considering more expensive options. 5. THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB - I was more than happy with the final outcome; the decor really surpassed my expectations, filling my heart with gratitude for this team Above all, Simran is a very accommodating person and understands that the client's needs are everything. I'd also like to leave a special shoutout to Waseem, who is on Simran's team and was instrumental in planning my wedding. 10/10 recommend this wedding planning company and wish them all the very best.

"I would not recommend Simran as a wedding planner to anyone. She was very disorganized and had zero management skills. She caused a lot of stress for me and my fiancé. In addition to being disorganized, Simran was also dishonest. She promised to refund me for the missing things, but she never did. She recommended a photographer and we hired him trusting her and he also turned out to be a scam. He gave me photos after begging for 6 months and never have me the wedding video ruining all my memories. Simran and her team is not at all reliable or trustworthy, and she will only make your wedding planning process worse. If I could giver her a negative rating I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER.

I have been delaying to write this review since so long as i am seriously short on words to thank Simran and her team for their excellent work they did for my wedding. Simran completely made my dream wedding into a reality. 20 days before my wedding i had to let go of my previous decorator due to mismanagement and lack of communication and then i contacted Simran and since that day she made sure i had nothing to worry about. At the wedding as well she was the star of the show. She adhered to everyones needs and took care of all my familys requests like her own. Frankly for me, she was not just a decorator but an event planner and my shadow. She ironed my clothes, got me food and anything i needed at whatever time. I woughld HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND 'A Wedding story' for your big day as this team can create magic. Simran was more than I could ever ask for. I proudly tell everyone, that i just dint just find a decorator, i found a friend <3<3
