Emcee Hema’s professionalism truly stood out during our Haldi and Sangeet events, but what impressed us most was her handling of a tricky moment when there was a lot of confusion with the sequence of announcements and things to be said. In the middle of the celebrations, the order of events got mixed up and there were misunderstandings about what was supposed to happen next, yet Hema kept everyone calm and quickly organized the program with grace and poise.
