Eventon handled our wedding exceptionally well and choosing them was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish everything felt thoughtful, organized and seamless. Since we are NRIs planning the wedding remotely across time zones their professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail gave us complete confidence and allowed us to truly enjoy the experience instead of managing logistics. During the planning phase, they took our vision and elevated it helping us shape the overall flow, décor and guest experience in a way that felt personal and well thought out. Xavier was exceptional. Always available, patient and proactive with all our queries and concerns even with the time zone differences. He had strong contacts with properties and vendors helped us secure great deals and offered suggestions that genuinely improved the overall experience. Even after the wedding, he went above and beyond by helping our friends plan their onward trip to Kerala arranging transport, stays and handling multiple last-minute changes and extensions smoothly. Xavier was consistently available not just to us but to our guests as well. During the actual execution, their team handled everything flawlessly. There were some unexpected challenges during the ceremonies which we didn’t even find out about until after they were taken care of because they were managed so smoothly behind the scenes. That level of calm problem-solving during such a high-stress event is invaluable. Everything ran seamlessly our guests had an amazing time and we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding.
