Vidhisha is truly a one-woman army! She did an excellent job coordinating our wedding, and we are so, so happy with our decision to choose Eventtra Memories for both décor and event coordination. She offered suggestions when needed but always prioritized our preferences. She was always prompt with her responses and gave us her undivided attention throughout the wedding days. Vidhisha even handled last-minute requests with ease, and what I appreciated most was that she never pushed us to add extra elements just to inflate the bill — in fact, she helped us find cost-effective solutions while still making our dream wedding come true within our budget. Absolutely amazing wedding planner. Vidhisha and her team came together to create the most memorable 2 days of my life. Right from the beginning we could understand that this was far from just work for Vidhisha, she responded to every query of ours and even the silliest questions with so much warmth. From initial consultation right to the execution, every detail was heard and everything was ready well before time. I will definitely suggest Eventrra Memories to be hired as your planners since it was such a smooth journey for us as a couple. The hotel gave us a very difficult time, our itineraries were not placed in the rooms, no staff during the functions for any assist, etc but the team emerged as our life savers and actively took this responsibility too without any hitch. I first contacted Vidhisha through wed me good itself and I told her that I had a budget in mind and could not really go over and above it too much. And like magic she worked her way around it and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was prompt to reply and always picked up calls. If I needed clarity on something she always helped out and patiently explained things to me. On ground she and her team were super efficient and attended to all our needs. I wanted a minimalist beach wedding and that is what she and her team delivered. We wanted a decorator who had experience and could do the job in the budget we had allotted. Enter Eventrra Memories...we wanted something minimal and because of how flexible Vidisha was, we ended up going to her for a few more things than we had initially planned, even some last minute changes. Needless to say, apart from a few hiccups we were very happy with her services. Vidisha works very hard and it shows. Kudos to the entire team of Eventrra for a job done well.

Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Vidhisha and her team literally made our dreams come true. We just had a beautiful wedding in Goa and Eventrra really came through with our vision and all the minute details we had planned for months! Everything from the decor for each event, signage, florals, entertainment, music licensing, additional vendors, afterparties- was executed flawlessly and just as we had imagined.
