The Wedsta Family Makeup Packages were a highlight of our wedding week! Wedsta arranged for a makeup artist + his team to do hair and makeup for three events for a large group of 15 wedding guests. The makeup artist was easy to work with, requested photos of outfits/jewelry ahead of time so he could plan the looks, and was always on time for the events. Many of our guests were visiting from the US and were thrilled to have the experience of getting their hair and makeup done together at the hotel. I booked the gold package on wedsta for my best friends wedding in Delhi. It was an incredible experience! Very professional and thorough. Shama was my makeup artist; she took care to understand the function and colors and added her thoughts to create an incredible look. Hairstyling (soft curls) was also done elegantly and lasted the whole night!! I received many many compliments and the makeup lasted but looked natural and clean and brought out my best features ! I did not have a good experience with the Wedsta Gold Package. The makeup artist was late. Hence she had to rush through the makeup process. The makeup final look was just about okay. She also hurriedly did the saree draping as she was in hurry to depart. So saree draping was not proper and had to be redone by ourselves because the saree came apart. I understand people getting late with traffic and hectic days, but not giving the client you're at proper time and just rushing through is quite bad. It was a family wedding and we didnt want to create a scene since it leaves a bad taste for the rest of the day; but the experience was sub par and not expected. I was looking forward to WedMeGood service being an alternative to getting ready at beauty parlours but after this experience would not consider it again.

Wedsta helped me arrange makeup and hair services for my mom, naani, sister and mother in law. For majority of the days we had 1 makeup artist and hair stylist who was good and was really adjusting to our needs and looks. However the one makeup and hair artist that was scheduled for the wedding day turned out to be a bit rude and on top of it the hair stylist didn’t do a good job in the middle of the function my sister and my Naani ‘s hair started opening up and it was a mess. Overall the service and the thought is good however it would be nice if we are given some options to choose from a list of MUAs for the scheduled dates as that might avoid all the last minute hassles.

Our experience was not good, the makeup done was of very bad quality. We had arranged makeup for 3 days for our guests. Because of bad job done on day 1 some of our guests did not get the makeup done on the wedding day. We were super disappointed as the work performed did not match the photo reference provided to us. Using the wedmegood make up service for my brother's wedding was a bad decision. We were promised two hairstylists and two makeup artists for us when only one hairstylist showed up for one day and bailed on the appointment the second day. The sangeet night was such a rushed job with the make up artist attending her own friend's wedding and rushing through the whole process because she had to leave. The hairstylist was also so rushed that he forgot to put flowers in my hair and just left. My mother's saree was badly tied and it was such a shoddy job for the wedding day. Those pictures are going to remind us of the very poor quality of service.
