I am a genuine user of Fotographiya services. I think most of their reviews are paid and if you are reading this then you are reading a real customer review. They totally miss professionalism. They will delay delivery till 6 months and when asked for details they will reply like this: "Why are you in hurry always". Attaching screenshot for everyone's reference. Also they sent a photoframe with a broken glass and hence they dont care about your memories at all. Attached is image showcasing broken photo frame that I received via courier. When i reported the issue they took it casually and said "Kabhi kisi ka delhi chakkar lagega toh bhijwa denge". When i highlighted their mistake of repeating exactly same photos in the album they told me that human error kisi de bhi ho sakta hai even ai se bhi. Attached chat screenshot of the same. Basically once you pay them they dont care how to talk with their customers. Lastly they blamed everything on the level of package. I took their Gold package which is higher then silver one and all they saif is that every mistake they have done is because of this gold package. Worst part is that they blame customer for all the rookie mistake. Even one of my video file is corrupt and after asking multiple time they were able to give me fresh file. I had one of the worst experience while working these rookie people. Do not go on their 4.9 rating. I think only genuine review you will witness must be all the one stars. Avoid working with them. All proofs attached around my experience.
