It was 'just my luck' when I came across Sathish Kumar, I loved his work and approached right away without even giving any second thoughts. She responded pronto to know more details of my wedding, we connected immediately. Sathish Kumar comes across as a warm, content person with loads of patience and a great designer, planner, and with super awesome organising skills. It would be unjustifiable if I say he was 'just' a wedding planner. He was my constant and go-to person even for the silliest things like "where can I purchase bindis?". He had a clear planning on how to progress with time keeping in mind the wedding date and choosing vendors accordingly. They provided excellent advice throughout the process and most importantly were always responsive by phone and chat. They were also really level headed, calm, well organized, and easy to talk to. They met with my family before our arrival to India, and made sure that they were confident in the ability to deliver. We were genuinely trying to provide us with the best possible wedding within our limits. That level of involvement and care really comes through and was appreciated. Whenever we had any sort of issues, they were very fast to correct them, and worked extremely well under pressure. I remember the time when everyone is going through the unprecedented times due to pandemic and foreseeing wedding amidst this situation was scary, I was going through WedMeGood to find vendors for my wedding as I was unfamiliar with the city and had no clue where to even begin with. She responded pronto to know more details of my wedding, we connected immediately. They met with my family before our arrival to India, and made sure that they were confident in the ability to deliver. We were genuinely trying to provide us with the best possible wedding within our limits. That level of involvement and care really comes through and was appreciated. Whenever we had any sort of issues, they were very fast to correct them, and worked extremely well under pressure. They also organised the furniture for the wedding. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and the quality of the work was first class. I got married in Chennai in January this year and after much research on wedmegood selected Grace Events as my wedding planners. I have no regrets. They were great, available, tech savvy, helped me with budgeting, gave me honest advice when I thought I was spending too much money, and Sathish and Kamesh were running around throughout the wedding like little elves making sure things were in place and how they needed to be. We had so many last minute request for flowers and gajras and other odds and ends and they smoothly managed everything. Being a wedding photographer I've often had a chance to work with them and have seen how they put their heart and soul into planning a wedding and making things work! The hall that booked didn't allow any kind of fireworks or smokes, but they took care of co-ordinating with the hall management and got that done for our wedding and it was one of the key arrangements that made our wedding evening memorable!! I got married in Chennai in January this year and after much research on wedmegood selected Grace Events as my wedding planners. I have no regrets. They were great, available, tech savvy, helped me with budgeting, gave me honest advice when I thought I was spending too much money, and Sathish and Kamesh were running around throughout the wedding like little elves making sure things were in place and how they needed to be. We had so many last minute request for flowers and gajras and other odds and ends and they smoothly managed everything. Sathish was also super patient with all my questions as well as questions from my mom, mom in law, sister in law, etc and very respectful of the various needs that indian rituals and traditions demand. I specially also remember them having traced a nadaswaram group solely on the basis of a youtube video link from my mom in law (we didn't end up going for them in the end). Of course the wedding days were a blur but it all went great, was a fun riot, and a lot of it was attributable to the efficient folks at Grace Events . I got married in Chennai in September this year. And after much research on wedmegood selected Grace Events as my wedding planners. I have no regrets. I specially also remember them having traced a nadaswaram group solely on the basis of a youtube video link from my mom in law (we didn't end up going for them in the end). Of course the wedding days were a blur but it all went great, was a fun riot, and a lot of it was attributable to the efficient folks at Grace Events . Given my wedding was my third visit to Chennai ever and I till date know a total of 7 words of Tamil , I couldn't have pulled off a Chennai wedding without them!:)

The hall that booked didn't allow any kind of fireworks or smokes, but they took care of co-ordinating with the hall management and got that done for our wedding and it was one of the key arrangements that made our wedding evening memorable!! We had a fantastic experience with Sathish and Arun at Grace events. They took care of the decorations for our wedding at Royalton Leisure on 8 September 2021. They also organised the furniture for the wedding. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and the quality of the work was first class. We had a lot of compliments from our guests regarding the decorations. Their communication was excellent, and this was particularly important for us because we were trying to organise the wedding from overseas. The wedding was outdoors, and it rained the night before our wedding, when they were supposed to be setting up the decorations. Even with this, the decorations were done in a very professional manner, and everything came out beautifully. Sathish and Arun listened to our requirements and did everything according to what we had requested. Their services were also reasonably priced compared with other decorators. I would recommend Grace events without hesitation.

Sathish Kumar really was a great help for our wedding planning, especially during the uncertainty of Covid. He took care of our requirements as discussed and was also able to accommodate our requests at the last minute within the budget . Although he was quite busy with multiple weddings, he made sure to communicate, he was always available and would calmly walk through all the options. It was 'just my luck' when I came across Sathish Kumar, I loved his work and approached right away without even giving any second thoughts. She responded pronto to know more details of my wedding, we connected immediately. Sathish Kumar comes across as a warm, content person with loads of patience and a great designer, planner, and with super awesome organising skills. Mr.Sathish Kumar & Mr.Milton were absolutely amazing in their approach and execution of our wedding. Both my husband and I live in United States, so most of our initial communication was remote. They provided excellent advice throughout the process and most importantly were always responsive by phone and chat. They were also really level headed, calm, well organized, and easy to talk to. They met with my family before our arrival to India, and made sure that they were confident in the ability to deliver. We were genuinely trying to provide us with the best possible wedding within our limits. That level of involvement and care really comes through and was appreciated. They listened to our preferences, did their utmost to accommodate us, asked for feedback and responded in kind. Whenever we had any sort of issues, they were very fast to correct them, and worked extremely well under pressure. Our ceremonies were all outside with rainy weather during a couple of days, and it all was handled perfectly with appropriate level of planning and reaction when faced with difficult decisions. Grace Planners took over a lot of busy work of negotiating and organizing the vendors, providing us with design boards, creating a detailed checklist for both pricing, planning, schedule, and transportation with accommodations.
