Heartiee Greetings

Not professional, overpromised, and underdelivered in terms of delivery date as well as designs. I will not recommend their services to anyone in the future. I know both Prerit and Deepika through two common friends who were their undergraduate friends at NIT Jalandhar and my friends during Masters at IIT Delhi. I am specifying these details to show that this is not spam and that I do not have a personal vendetta against their business. As soon as I got to know I was very excited to get my wedding invites designed by them. Both of them seemed extremely friendly and polite and promised to pour their heart and soul into delivering novel and innovative designs albeit with no negotiations on their pricing. My wedding was in the 2nd week of December and I contacted them in the early September giving them ample time to deliver creative designs. However, I have to say they were extremely unprofessional, not reachable on many occasions during regular work hours and not worthy of any credit. They advertise about delivering on time but ultimately our designs were not ready until 2 weeks before our wedding even though we were clearly promised that it would be done at least 1 month before the wedding. In the end, we had to accept designs that they had clearly created in a rushed manner. They were also not responsive to many of our messages/calls during this time and forced us to select from generic design ideas from their instagram page with no creative input. We raised these issues with both of them but Deepika decided to break off any contact and left the project hanging. Prerit still remained in touch and mentioned about some family issues. I usually prefer not to mention personal info on social media but they mentioned the reason for the delay was some family health related issues but actually at the same time they were posting updates on social media from their evidently happy vacation. In the end, after spoiling our wedding invite designs and plans, they offered the invites as a 'wedding gift' for free which felt like a very empty gesture. I still paid them more than what was committed and requested them to confirm receipt of the money but we never received acknowledgement of this or a single follow up message from them. Please do not trust their promises. They commit to a lot of things but do not live up to them. I wanted to say if they can do this with someone they had a personal connection with them, they can do it with anyone. One of our family friends also got wedding invites designed by them and mentioned facing similar issues. A wedding is a once in a lifetime affair and we felt it really hurtful that our invites were spoiled and offered to us as a gift. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing results. My friends and family just loved the final wedding invitation. Kudos to the Heartiee Team. Made our wedding day invitation special and memorable.

I made my wedding video invitations from Heartie greetings. The result was a cute, colorful, and beautiful animated version. I like the caricatures they create for each personality.The team is quite creative, interactive , honest and fun to deal with in every budget. Looking forward for more future projects with them.
