I booked igrace after seeing the 5 star rating for my engagement in Feb 2019 but l was very unhappy with their work.They sent some assisstant girls...They came very late and delayed almost 2 hours...l was waiting for them so long calling them and their manager promised that they will come on time and that they are on the way... but didn't keep up their word and l stay within the cityhub not so far from their office...still they couldn't come to my location on time neither they called me where they are...l had to rush for muhurtam time because of them..Above that l had to pay for their cab charges after coming so late...they are not at all punctual..l was so upset and tensed on my engagement day.My mood was so spoilt..they did makeup in hurry and put my vaddanam upside down...which is seen in all my engagement photos.Very unprofessional.My sincere request never give false promises to the client when you can't keep it up..these moments come once in a lifetime...so don't make them bad memories.Not happy with their work and irresponsibility.
