Hi , I suppose wed me good is a decent platform , hence I recommend you to offload this agent from you directory, they don’t deliver on services and hence you being a good platform should not promote them. Kindly deregister them. If you have any of their contracts kindly provide it to me , as they have not been giving my wedding photos for a year . This was not at all expected. We are still chasing this vendor for 1 year

Extremely unprofessional. Neither do they deliver on time nor follow the deadlines set by themselves. Worst part- they stop taking calls, dont respond to texts leaving the client clueless. Not to be booked or recommended to anybody.

Booking Imagix for our wedding day was the biggest mistake we made. From start to finish, the experience was a nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism displayed was beyond belief. First and foremost, communication was virtually non-existent. They consistently ignored our calls and messages, leaving us in the dark about important details. Wehad Pre wedding shot with them, pictures, videos were not delivered to us. seemed like they had no regard for the significance of our special day. We were bound to book a new photographer for my Wedding day . Simple words- They didnt give inportance to us at all. They were very late on Pre wedding shoot day around 5 hours we waited in phool market Kolkata. Moreover, their behavior during the pre wedding shoot event was appalling. Instead of capturing precious moments, they seemed disinterested and aloof. Whenever we raised concerns, they brushed them off with a saccharine tone, saying things like "Didi, don't worry" or "Dada, don't worry all will be perfect." It became evident that they were taking advantage of our patience and good manners. The final straw was the quality of the photographs. Blurry, poorly composed shots dominated the collection, leaving us with souvenirs of disappointment rather than cherished memories. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of Imagix Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment. They are not worth your time or money.
