They went above & beyond to make our wedding a grand success! Me & my husband are both based in the US and trying to plan our wedding in India was not easy with the time zone differences and different modes of communication for different vendors. Enter Kaira and we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders! From the get-go, they clearly communicated their process and timelines for planning and were transparent about costs. They took care of arranging a hair & makeup artist, emcee, DJ & the cake, presenting us with well researched options that met our budget without compromising on quality. This really speaks to their work and also the people they work with! They handled all coordination & communication with our venue & vendors, arranged transportation & hotel stays for our guests, took care of audio & lighting equipment and a lot more behind the scenes logistics. And then on top of all this they executed the most BEAUTIFUL FLORALS & DECOR for our reception. It was elegant & creative & beyond what either of us imagined! Kaira thank you so much for all your hard work in the little and big things and the amazing memories you’ve given us! We had so much fun at our wedding and nothing to stress about because we had you! We hired Kaira to do our wedding decor at 'The Beginning, Bangalore'. We spoke to a few other millenial-style-pinteresty decorators before we chose them, they had a the best pricing, attitude and a good plan for us. We kicked off the planning process by having regular calls online to discuss our ideas on how I wanted my wedding to look like through Pinterest boards. Kritika and Indira then came back to us with a presentation of how they would execute my ideas. We had a budget in mind that other decorators considered too low, but Kaira managed to set up something beautiful while sticking to the limit we discussed without trying to change our minds. From the get-go we had a good feeling about them. I appreciated how punctual, responsive and prompt they were with all of the planning. Not a single thing skipped their to-do list. They planned our outdoor Muhurtham and Reception. In addition to their contientious working style, they had thoughtful ideas such as planning the evening, placing our guests and even took the initiative to add-on last minute night lights for our outdoor venue, something that we didn't think about thoroughly for the evening. Overall, our wedding venue turned out to be beautiful thanks to the ambience set by the decor and we loved the decoration for both the muhurtham and the reception.

Kritika and Indira are the ultimate best planners! They helped in bringing out our dream wedding, making sure all the elements that were requested were in place, despite the weather conditions. They were quick and very reliable,made sure that all our queries were answered for instantly and were always on their feet, ready with multiple options and solutions. They took care of me like their own sister and of course these little details matter the most. We were so happy with the way they planned out the wedding so we've also requested them to plan my cousin's baby shower. And of course, Bobby being Bobby, was no less than a perfectionist which makes them the best trio❤️

We hired them for pre wedding haldi and cocktail in Hyderabad. We discussed and agreed upon the arrangements 3 months in advance. They failed to deliver the arrangements on D day and gave me technical reasons as a response. The stage, the decor and coordination was very sub standard and nothing like what we agreed. Kritika and Indira only came up with all sorts of issues in the last moment inspite of me sharing all the details very much in advance. Not reliable!

Kritika, indira and bobby were the perfect team to fulfill all asks during our wedding. They actually listen and adapt to every demand that both families have. They did go above and beyond to make things look beautiful. This was a mix punjabi and kannadika wedding with different ceremonies taking place in different areas. We loved that the team took care of everything with ease. From the smallest things for the rituals, to the needs of bride and groom was taken care of. We hired Kaira events for our baby shower and it turned out to be one of the most memorable events! They provided the best hassle free services end to end. They started with presenting us with a mood board, which gave us clarity on the event. They helped us arrange entertainment, food and all other elements of our party. They were will equipped to handle last minute ad hoc requests, and they custom made our decor just the way we wanted it! Every element was given a conscious thought in terms of eco-friendliness as per our request. Their photographer was amazing and treasured the memories in a short film for us. It will be a great pleasure to connect with them again for our future events.
