I had hired Kaira for a 300 person conference at Conrad,Bangalore in the midst of festival season during October. Indira,Kritika and Bobby did an absolutely fabulous job in making it the event that it was. They were there to coordinate and rectify arrangements made by the hotel even when it wasn't part of their job.Bobby and Indira were there throughout the event making sure the setup and technical gear was on time, well tested and worked tirelessly so that i wouldn't face any problems with production. The team at Kaira - Indira, Kritika & Bobby are professional and punctual while also feeling like you’re working with fun friends who’ve got your back! They went above & beyond to make our wedding a grand success! Me & my husband are both based in the US and trying to plan our wedding in India was not easy with the time zone differences and different modes of communication for different vendors. Enter Kaira and we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders! From the get-go, they clearly communicated their process and timelines for planning and were transparent about costs. They took care of arranging a hair & makeup artist, emcee, DJ & the cake, presenting us with well researched options that met our budget without compromising on quality. We hired Kaira to do our wedding decor at 'The Beginning, Bangalore'. We spoke to a few other millenial-style-pinteresty decorators before we chose them, they had a the best pricing, attitude and a good plan for us. We kicked off the planning process by having regular calls online to discuss our ideas on how I wanted my wedding to look like through Pinterest boards. Kritika and Indira then came back to us with a presentation of how they would execute my ideas. We had a budget in mind that other decorators considered too low, but Kaira managed to set up something beautiful while sticking to the limit we discussed without trying to change our minds. From the get-go we had a good feeling about them. I appreciated how punctual, responsive and prompt they were with all of the planning. Not a single thing skipped their to-do list. They planned our outdoor Muhurtham and Reception. In addition to their contientious working style, they had thoughtful ideas such as planning the evening, placing our guests and even took the initiative to add-on last minute night lights for our outdoor venue, something that we didn't think about thoroughly for the evening. Overall, our wedding venue turned out to be beautiful thanks to the ambience set by the decor and we loved the decoration for both the muhurtham and the reception.
