Over three months of regular check-ins, they helped us stay on track and plan the kind of wedding we had always imagined—even while we were juggling busy schedules. With many of our guests traveling from outside India, their coordination made everything seamless. The newspaper and ritual cards were especially appreciated by everyone, and so many guests told us how smooth and well-organized the entire event felt. Knot & Celebrate (Kanika, Komal and team) planned our wedding in December 2024, which was a two day event in Delhi. We are based outside of India with limited time on the ground in Delhi, so we were looking for a trusted planner to be our eyes and ears on the ground. We started working with them ~6 months prior, and ever since our first conversation with them, K&C went above and beyond. They understood our needs and budget, and were very proactive in giving us all the information needed to make decisions. They have a roster of great vendor partners suited to every style and budget, and even when they don’t, they work tirelessly to research and present options. They provided us end to end support, ranging from venue selection, vendor selection and management, to on the ground execution during the events. We had planned for outdoor events but on the eve of the first event, there was an unexpected torrential downpour leading us to rethink our event decor and flow. K&C worked tirelessly through two consecutive nights to make sure that everything was seamlessly executed. They also helped us source gifts, and put gift baskets together for our guests. Their taste was impeccable and they were very transparent about all prices and related accounting. They went out of their way to make all our wishes come true, including getting us a fantastic bartender and finding a vendor to replicate a custom tuk tuk from just a sketch for the baraat! Our families and ourselves truly attended our events like guests. We didn’t have to go check if stuff was ready, manage any vendors, or oversee event windup - K&C had it all handled. My experience as the bride with Knot and Celebrate was a mix bag. I waited for a few months to write the review to assure objective feedback. My feedback would be that Knot and Celebrate is effective event planners and helped us alot during the planning phase of event. They are good at bringing together all the families at the same page and communicate between the different vendors during the planning stage. However for the premium charge of the service there is alot of scope to improve on execution . Whether its communicating the theme to decor team and ensuring execution, coordinating music with sound person or coordinating the bridal entry/ event flow for different rituals. The team needs to be on their feet for the execution day and work on empowering the other team members apart from the two lead managers. A part of a wedding planner job is to manage vendors and their deliverables. While 6 months later we are still waiting for our wedding videos by the photographer recommended by them. I wish them all the best and hope they take feedback to improve.

Komal, Kanika and the team (Karishma, Antara) were our saviours who literally became a part of the family. As a couple that doesn’t live in India and one of us being non-Indian, we only have the best of memories planning this wedding thanks to them. Through every complication, issue, concern or request they came up with the most creative ideas accompanied by the most positive attitude. They always ensured we never felt the burden or pressure of the wedding planning process. They are meticulous, highly professional and completely transparent in their planning process ensuring we got the best vendors on board and helped us curate the wedding that best suited us.
