I’m writing this because I genuinely want to share how extremely disappointed I am with the experience I had with you. From the beginning, I felt that the entire experience was very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Your attitude towards me was very arrogant, and at no point did I feel that my expectations as a client were being understood or even properly heard. * The makeup suggestions and preferences I mentioned were never really asked for or heard. * I had to make multiple calls just to reach out to you and get basic communication, which I found highly unprofessional. * You had promised to send me the details on the 15th, but I still haven’t received them. * The most shocking part was that lashes were put on my eyes in a way that I had to keep them closed, and within 20 minutes, I was told that the makeup was completed. I couldn’t even properly see what had been done to my face. * There was no proper consultation, no understanding of what I wanted, and no effort to make sure I was satisfied with the final look. For a service costing ₹50,000, I honestly cannot understand how a client can be treated with such little professionalism and consideration. Paying that amount, I expected a completely different level of service, communication, attention and respect. Even makeup artists charging ₹10,000 have shown me far more professionalism and client care. Overall, this has been a very, very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend your service to anyone. I’m telling you this not just to complain, but because I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and please don’t do the same to another client. No one paying for a service should have to feel unheard, disrespected or this disappointed on what is supposed to be one of the most important days of their life.
