I was never after your life for big discount. Your discount policy is same as it used to be before. Discount for paying in cash in comparison with online transactions. I am not sure i can say enough about ishita. I called her 25 days away from my big day when Bhaavya kapur’s cancelled my 5 months prior made appointment leaving me without any option and i was so blank and in panic. Thats when i contacted ishita as i knew her since school but was not in touch. She came to my rescue, was very reassuring and soft spoken and extremely reliable in terms of communication. Ishita sood is a godsend. After having been to geetanjali and looks and being disappointed time and time again. I am fully satisfied with my hair colour. Other salons show you the hair colour swatches then continue to tell you that you cannot get any other colour aside from browns/blacks because your hair is on a certain level and grey/white hair cannot be fully covered. Ishita talks to you then understands your concerns then recommends a solution. She doesn’t oversell but also tells you what treatments are important for upkeep.

Worst experience ever, this woman first gives pathetic services then on top of it talk rubbish, as if you are her servant, i want for smoothening post consultation(mind you she did not tell me how my texture of hair is going to hamper my after results) when after getting back home i did my first wash, it felt as if my bottom hair were burned when i informed her, firstly(when you book an appointment she is the sweetest and when she is the supposed to be blamed for pathetic service she nags and says i don't remember you) , then after requesting a lot she said it was bound to happen as your hair were already so damaged, now coming to the point , why wasnt the customer pre informed about the result being hampered because of the hair texture, secondly when i asked her for some solution she initially said i will do something later on she said you have to take care of your hair, as in hair botox or keratin like how i this going to help you ! you ruined my hair woman! on top of it when i said that this is really not done she said i know your want some free service from my salon as a compensation which i cannot give, if in the first place my concern would have been money i would asked for it madam!! shit place! shit service! (at least for smoothening)

Hello! I have visited MAKEUP FOREVER studio in eldeco greens, today i.e. 28 aug 😊 Took my mother for a customised services package as a gift from my first salary. Mom was hesitant initially because she had to climb a staircase to reach the studio but after a two hours long pamper session, she was extremely happy which is quite unusual for her! Mom is quite picky and seeing her so happy really made my visit worth. Loved the how the place is done up, the staff, kudos to MISS RUBY and specially the hygiene. We booked Ishita for our makeup and i can proudly say that she was the best person i hired for my wedding . She is just perfect and reads your face and skin and suggests you looks according to that, I liked her suggestions and finally i loved my bridal look. Just amazing..

Miss Ishita Sood is extremely unprofessional and highly unscrupulous person. I don’t know about her makeup skills because I was lucky enough to get to know her well before during a social interaction. And I can assure that this kind of behaviour would definitely affect the makeup she would be doing for the brides, screwing their big day. In my opinion, positive attitude and optimism towards their customers make their day, giving a sense of satisfaction. I would strongly recommend not to choose Ishita Sood for your big day, you have much better options rather in Lucknow e.g. BK studio. Must try it, they give quality makeup with perfect skills and satisfy their brides, that is the most important thing for any bride to be.

She is a skilled artist but I was not as satisfied with her work. She couldv'e done better with the little things, could've improved my hairdo a bit and the makeup could've been a little better. She also did my pre-bridal makeup and that was also average at best. I was really expecting a lot more from her.

Every bride has a dream to look her best at her wedding day & so was mine, with so many options and apprehensions i chose ishita because of her clear thoughts of how to go about my makeup. I met her beforehand & she took time & discussed my desired look in detail, she was soooo honest in why her packages are different prices (not like many other makeup artist who charge same for party, engagement & wedding). So yea, i looked stunning on all my occassions & have beautiful memories coz she made me look so pretty. She is courteous, smart & punctual. Please don’t waste your time, energy, effort in looking for any other makeup artist.

Well..a nightmare to be honest.. Extremely,extremely unprofessional. She was arguing with me on my D day. Did not do a proper make up even after paying her completely. This artist instead of maintaining professional terms makes everything personal (maybe the lack of experience).. The assistants present have zero idea of what to do..no suggestions or inputs from their end. Infact even draping a saree was a huge deal for them. What’s best? If you pin point your dissatisfaction you will get moral policing by the owner. Let me clarify one thing, every dissatisfied customer cannot be named rude! They are dissatisfied by the services. Moral policing is not the response rather improving yourself is. Very unaccomodating of client’s issues. No wonder the studio is almost vacant mostly. The point is there are many other artists in Lucknow who might have a bad attitude but if you want to bear that attitude why not go to the best rather than coming to someone who is not even in top 10. Not worth the time, energy and MONEY solely coz of the attitude and behaviour the studio owners/workers have.

She did a fantastic job for my makeup for all functions. She used great products, contour job is in point and does day/night looks to make you look photogenic for any photo shoot. Her assistants were decent, overall did hair work well but appeared to need additional training as some didn’t put double coat or top coat for nailpaint , made few errors with cutting nails symmetrically. I guess I would say just train staff for better customer service and communication with what client as at times I was sitting there not knowing what to expect next ir next service would be delayed unexpectedly and you’re sitting idle- but no qualms overall! Studio is clean, good products for facials(even some housemade mixes), applied costume jewelry decently. Super worth the price for her makeup and service quality overall

i booked her for all my functions and intially she agreem also but one month before she refused to come at my wedding place so that was very disappointed and had to cancel her for that day , rest the makeup was fine and overall was good.

She is a beautiful soul inside out. So calm and composed and yet so professional and perfectionist.
