My sister's wedding was in Nov 2021 and Sapna did the makeup for all five of her events. It was for me, my mother and sister (the bride). I had really high hopes from her after reading the reviews. However, I have only one word. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. While blocking her diary 6 months ago and several calls for discussion, I always informed her that I had to be ready by 3:00pm and she should reach by 12 or maximum 1:00 pm. On my wedding day, she arrived at 2:00 pm with one assistant instead of the discussed 1200 hours. Needless to say, she hurriedly decked me (the bride) in one hour and rushed to her studio to attend to another client scheduled at 4:00am. Which make up Artist makes the bride ready in one hour flat? Make up was okay but everything else was a mess. I had to constantly request her to change nail paint, help me with the bangles, pin up dupattas and tie the blouse strings properly. Within next one hour, my dupattas drapes started opening, hair flowers came out and hair bun started opening. One of my Blouse shoulder kept falling because it was not tire properly. Complete disaster. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼It was only my girlfriends who came to the rescue. Very DISAPPOINTED If you wish to have the same experience, please go ahead and engage her at your own risk. Don't go by the reviews. Most of them are fake. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Edit and Response: Let’s take this one by one. Since you remember it very well, do you remember which day it was ? The Make up and draping (so essential for bridal attire) for which you promised to devote 3 hours (12 pm to 3pm) was hurriedly done by you in one hour. You kept on telling me that you are in hurry and have to leave for another makeup at Raisen. (I am based in Delhi and came to know about this place in Bhopal only after you mentioned in 10 times in one hour). As if you were doing my make up pro bono ? I paid you a substantial 19k for the shoddy stuff you did. And to enlighten you further, you were in so much hurry that you told me to wear my bangles on my own and apply nailpaint myself. You have 35 reviews and you know better how many have been written by you yourself with stolen photographs from other MUAs. MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOU WAS TERRIBLE AND I AM ENTITLED TO VOICE IT HERE SO THAT YOU DON’T FOOL FUTURE BRIDES ON THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF THEIR LIVES. Learn some professionalism girl and probably you will go a long way..

She was very unprofessional with her work, we decided for our bride to be at venue at 5 and she came at 7 when baraat was on the Dwaar. The bride could not attend some important rituals as Sapna Bhati was late and still preparing the bride. after that she just put down the make up very badly which made the bride face very white and it was not at all a good experience with her....I dont recommend her please choose someone else if possible. And not recommended for the venue. and initially she did not mention the extra charges which she takes a day on the last moment she asked for it. it not at all professional.
