If wedding planning were an Olympic sport, Vandana & Aman would have taken home the gold, platinum, and maybe even a diamond-studded trophy for what they pulled off at our son’s wedding at the Sheraton, Hua Hin. Three days. Multiple events. Zero stress. 1000% WOW. From February 28th to March 3rd, they transformed our vision into something so stunningly modern and sleek, it felt like we had stepped into a Pinterest board that had come to life—only better. Let’s talk about the food first (because priorities!): They flew in a chef from India, blended it seamlessly with the Sheraton’s already spectacular cuisine, and served up meals so divine, guests were plotting second stomach installations just to keep eating. The decor? The entire design was handled by our decorator who was recommended by Vandana & Aman, they worked closely with them to ensure everything aligned perfectly with our vision. The attention to detail, coordination, and ability to translate our ideas into reality made the entire experience seamless. And then, the “shadows”… These were the absolute angels who discreetly followed us (the parents) around, ensuring everything was smooth, stress-free, and picture-perfect. My husband and I had our own personal event ninjas, making sure we never had to worry about a thing. Most importantly, we had a senior father-in-law with significant health concerns, and the way Vandana & Aman handled EVERY detail—from organizing an ambulance to ensuring his hospital bed was set up in the room—was beyond words. It was done with so much care, precision, and warmth that it felt like family was taking care of him. And now, let’s take a moment for the entertainment— The DJ, the acts, the performances—every moment was so seamlessly executed that people barely had time to blink before another mind-blowing moment unfolded. But here’s the real kicker—not a SINGLE complaint. Not from guests, not from family, not from us. Just pure, unfiltered, jaw-dropping joy. From the initial discussions to the final event it was a smooth ride. Vandana advised on what would be best for us but never pushed, she used her experience to suggest but never forced and yet she did stand firm when she thought that it would compromise on the over all experience. We handed it it over to her and she did everything and delivered more than she promised. It was a hassle free experience where we got down to enjoying the event being assured that we were well taken care of. She has a well oiled machinery and her team is fabulous. She has an eye for detail and goes all out to make the event a success without cutting corners. By far the best experience I have had with any event planner.

I dont have words to describe how beautifully and easily Vandana, Aman and their team managed my wedding. It was dreamy, it was beautiful it was everything that I've ever dreamt of. The best thing about the entire wedding was that it was so well managed that till date, everyone, I repeat, EVERYONE is complementing us on the way it was so systematic yet so amazing. From the planning, ideas, decor, management, everything. Just wonderful. I'm falling short on words to tell you about the experience. If I have another wedding to do, I would close my eyes and go with them. They are the sweetest souls, the best planners, and the best people. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation we had and made our wedding a truly magical experience. Vandana and Aman, the power duo behind Mandala Events, are nothing short of extraordinary. Vandana’s expertise and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our wedding was executed to perfection. Every single call she made throughout the planning process—be it with the venue, vendors, decor, the pandit or timing—turned out to be the absolute best decision. It was as though she had a sixth sense for understanding exactly what we needed, even before we did! Vandana’s trusted decorator and her partnership was simply wonderful and exceeded what we imagined at every event there was little beyond their realm of possibility. She really transformed our detailed vision to reality with flawless execution.

Vandana became family through our wedding planning process and is so gracious— when we reached Bangkok prior to our wedding in Phuket she hooked us up with all her best contacts for final grooming touches right at our hotel, to sending me to her nail spot (which beats any nail spot I’ve been to in New York) to last minute altering my Aisha Rao outfit to perfection in record time — I went to drop-off my outfit and by the time we got back to our hotel the outfit was already delivered. 
 The shadows at Mandala Events were phenomenal and really were like our besties through the week. They were so so warm, attentive, professional, and ensured that my husband Arjun and I, along with our families, were always comfortable and stress-free. They really went above and beyond. Whether it was making sure my makeup touch-ups were flawless, ensuring we ate on time, helped us co-ordinate entrances and various details with our friends/fam and knew our dietary preferences or simply ensuring we stayed hydrated through getting ready/ dancefloor and overall wedding excitement, they were like guardian angels ensuring everything went smoothly. Vandana’s creativity and warmth added another layer of brilliance to the planning process. Her knack for innovation and understanding of traditions and culture brought many unique and personal touches to our wedding, making it an event that our guests still rave about.
