Hired MJ Studios for Engagement and Wedding Photography Our experience with MJ Studios was a mix of highs and lows. Initially, the team was fantastic during the engagement and wedding events. They captured quality shots and guided us with creative poses. The raw photos looked great, and we were excited about the final deliverables. However, we faced significant issues with the edited videos and photos, particularly regarding their quality, edits, and the lack of responsiveness from the editing team. The first drafts of the teasers did not align with our expectations. Despite multiple follow-ups with MJ Studios and their editing team, we received little to no updates on the progress. What started as a seamless and positive experience turned frustrating as months went by. It has been over 10 months since our wedding, and we are still waiting for final deliverables that meet our requirements. Unfortunately, this delay and lack of communication have cast serious doubts on MJ Studios' professionalism. Despite paying 90% of the fee upfront without hesitation, the service fell short of professional standards, with poor communication and unresponsiveness becoming a recurring issue. I don’t usually post negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware. I hope MJ Studios takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future clients.

We highly recommend this photographer for their exceptional skills and artistry. They have a unique ability to bring out the beauty and personality of their subjects, and their attention to detail is evident in every photo. We couldn't be happier with the results!
