We might be their first customer and two things which we didn`t like about them(among many) were - 1. Attention to detail - anyone can hire different vendors but we hire wedding planners so that we don`t have headache of managing them, but we found it lacking in this such young company. One such blunder - Return gifts had wrong bride and groom which went to all families which came to our wedding - which is very shameful for us. 2. Transparent communication - We know that small issues will come but due to such opaque communication those small issues became blunders which led to dissatisfaction not only among us (bride and groom families) but also among guests.
