Amazing experience with Odlens Studio’s photography services. They are professionals who understand how to bring emotions into pictures. Booked them through this site seeing the rating but that was the biggest mistake I did. The photographers seemed to capture decent and good photos but missed crucial moments like bride with bridesmaid and family photos. They asked for full payment before delivering the raw files and then gave excuses and false dates on which the final video and album can be delivered. Since we are non-resident of Bhubaneswar, it was difficult to visit their office and discuss the same. After multiple follow ups and calls they gave a date to send the final video and when we saw the video, the most important part of a bride wedding- Bidai was missing. In a 2 hour video, the wedding day moments were just for 10 mins. When being asked the same, they gave different excuses and put all the blame on us. They even made a statement as 'What is the big deal in not capturing bidai. It is just a matter of a few minutes'. I am really disappointed and my big day has been spoiled. Don't book them if you want to have the same experience.
