One Frame Photography

It has been 5 months from my wedding and I still haven't recieved my data.

The online profile is good and convincing. The guys are also ok. Young not so talented but ok. Whats worst and what doesnt show in online profiles are the quality of work after shadi. When the real work starts which is video editing, clips etc. Either they fucked up mine for a special reason or its general thing which happens with everyone but super disappointing work. I would rate him 5/5 for clicking portraits but when it comes to a function when the photographer is one of the key stakeholders, who can break or make your day, these guys broke mine. Already it was a covid wedding with multiple issues and at last when things happened the last thing you want to go downhill is the videos of your shadi. I got mine after 4 months and trust me super disappointing. To the degree that even the photographer wont use those clips for the online publicity. Videos are broken by each functions. The definition of a teaser and highlight is unknown to this guy. The way the entire video is made, trust me a 15 year old who knows a bit of video editing will be able to do this work. I am just tired and finally gave up trying with these guys to get something good out of it but all efforts in vain. Super super dissatisfied and should have listened to my parents and not go by someone through an online profile. 1 star is only for the good work done with photos. Rest everything is a thumbs down. P.S i posted nice things about them on wedmegood but spoke too soon. Will have to take all my words back. Because of me a friend of mine also got stuck with him but no more referrals.

I personally feel photography is the second most important team in the wedding (apart from the pandit ji ofcourse) and was quite paranoid while closing on one vendor. Came across Oneframe and chitransh and closed down after a lot of research. They never let the expectations fall down. Skillful bunch of young folks and quite patient and warm with the family on all the ifs and buts. If someone looks back there are always 10 things one think could have done better but all in all just for the sheer professionalism they display I would recommend them to all my friends. Happy with the photographs and services. Yet to see the final albums and videos but sharing few glimpses. Coz of them we have bunch of memories for the lifetime and that's a super important job 😊

Had a good experience with the entire team. They visited my home and we discussed everything. My engagement date was postponed from December 2020 to January 2021,due to family emergency,they cooperated well though i was charged a little extra for that. They are little strict with timings but their work was appreciable. I used to send them poses and my ideas, they incorporated it all. Photography was upto the mark. Also delivery was fine. I got all my pictures and videos in raw format the very next day. The teaser and edited pics came within a month. Everyone loved the teaser. Overall it was nice experience with them. Thank you One frame :)
