Quality - Impeccable, Parleen will deliver the project upto or may be beyond your expectations.But you will have to grant equal efforts in the development process. Methodical - She will pay attention and be open to any suggestions or modifications. Patience - She will never say never.Regardless of the number of corrections and modifications i had to make,she didn’t loose her temperament on me. Communication - She is a very good listener.But there is a lot of improvement needed on keeping the client up to date with timely updates daily.This is the only aspect that needs improvement. Pricing - I would say is higher than market standards but considering the quality of talent she delivers with the improvement in communication would be worth every single penny.

We gave her the benefit of the doubt, but this dragged on for four more days with no progress or adherence to timelines. She outright refused to make corrections as per our preferences, showing complete disregard for our vision. What’s worse, this woman has an attitude problem—she fought with me on the phone twice and then refused to deal with me altogether because I was being firm with her. She had the audacity to call me “mannerless” while she was the one being disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. The real kicker? She blackmailed me, outright saying she would not refund the money or even give us the work if we didn’t remove the reviews. She’s shameless enough to put this in writing—I have screenshots as proof, which I’m now sharing publicly. This so-called “designer” is nothing but a scam artist with zero credibility, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for her clients. She’s manipulative, deceitful, and clearly out to con people out of their money. Avoid her at all costs. My sister made the unfortunate mistake of hiring Parleen Kaur Jaiswal to design her wedding invites. What followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s why: 1. Unresponsive and Avoidant: Despite taking Rs. 8,000 and promising delivery in 3-4 days, she has been avoiding all calls and messages. My entire family has been chasing her, calling her from multiple numbers just to get a response. When she finally replies after 24-48 hours, it’s with excuses like, “I’m working on it,” with no real progress to show. 2. No Communication or Effort: She refuses to have a proper conversation on call to understand our design preferences or aesthetics. How does she expect to meet client expectations when she’s unwilling to make even the bare minimum effort? Instead, she works in isolation, creating designs that are completely off the mark. 3. Terrible Quality: After a week, she sent over a rough draft that was beyond disappointing. The design was tasteless, with an ugly colour scheme and absolutely no class. It looked like an invite for a Gurudwara Sangat event rather than a wedding. 4. Unprofessional Attitude: It’s evident that she’s not serious about her work. She seems like someone who has a degree or diploma in graphic design and thought, “Why not make easy money?” But she’s doing it at the cost of ruining people’s big days. 5. Disrespectful to Clients: Her lack of communication and effort shows how little she values her clients’ trust, time, and money. It’s shocking that vendors like this still get business despite offering such poor service. My sister’s wedding is a huge event for our family, and the fact that we’ve had to waste time chasing her is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and avoid Parleen Kaur Jaiswal at all costs. She is unprofessional, incompetent, and a liability.

There goes a saying - "Don't judge a book by its cover". It's actually true. My experience with Parleen was really good when I ordered a welcome board for my engagement. Not only her work was good but also delivered on time. However, when recently me and my fiance asked her to make our wedding e-invite we had the worst experience of our lives. 1. Zero professionalism. When we placed the order, she told that she would give the draft within 3 days, knowing she was on vacation and was impossible to deliver. 2. Even after following up repeatedly through messages there was no reply whereas she was sharing pictures on Instagram. I guess this is not how you ignore your clients. 3. Afters days she would reply and even after giving us dates for the delivery of the "draft" she never maintained that date. False hopes and misleading clients is another major red flag. 4. Then when she started sending the drafts there were silly mistakes as all the information which was sent to her was not taken into account properly, leading to getting the final product even more late. 5. We tried to reach out in every possible means, but she replied when she felt like. 6. We had to send the invite before Christmas and we would have, had she been honest with the dates and serious towards her work. 7. After all this, when we asked her to waive off the extra charge for customization slide (Rs. 500) which we deserved after all the harassment, she straightaway said no. if I have been in her place, I would have done it as the fault would have been from my end. 8. Very poor communication attitude. Would not recommend anyone if that person wants her thing on time and expects good communication. All of this harassment was not worth 8k.

I gave the order for my wedding card and she replied until I paid the money 3500 to her afterwards she just started ignoring my messages by saying 'yes sending' 'yes sending' again and again and never sent the card.
