Dont go with these people, if you want to have a horrible experience go with them, thats aal I can say, almost more than 8 month still we wait for our video and album. he will not pick calls.

If I could give negative rating that would also be not justified as I have suffered so much with Shikar Srivastava. all golden words before booking and total asshole after he gets the money. its been so many months and after so many calls and texts he didn't respond. also his work is very poor and he doesn't know what to do. no knowledge. very poor work. and doesn't do anything on time. we have received few photos after so much hassle which are pathetic and he didn't even cover the whole event. i would recommend everyone to stay away from this photo factory. they have no professionalism, no ethics, no work sense. your big day will be ruined by them. Do not trust the positive reviews as i believe they are all by their team only. worst photo studio ever.

We have no words for the unprofessionalism that Shikhar has shown. My wedding was on 20th of November and even after 3 months we have not received our pictures, videos and album for all our events. Shikhar has been AWOL since 20th of November.. He has not answered any of calls or messages.. We are the verge of filing an official police complaint. It is really disgraceful of him to be this unprofessional. He is the only reason I might not have the wedding album which was one of the most important days of my life. I would not recommend it to ANYONE. It would be like risking the memories of your most important day.

I am writing this review because on previous review ( https://www.wedmegood.com/profile/photo-factory--1284962/reviews/280324 ) as there is no editing option showing and also there is no other option for another review from the same ID. Actually the Vendor Photo Factory ( Shikhar Srivastava) was unwell at that time that's why he was neither receiving my phone nor answering any calls and messages. Now he talked with me and doing my work on priority basis. I will also update an after work review. A suggestion for the team : Please reply on time and pick the phone, if you are unable to pick or reply then arrange a person to do so in your absence. Thanks Saurabh Sarkar 9721778001

Really such an awesome experience! Couldn't have got better photos and videos. Special mention to the team, they are really friendly and profecient in their work. The family album was really an out of the box concept. Thankyou to the whole Photo Factory team and Shikhar Srivastava the pre-wedding trailer and post-wedding videos are beyond expectations.
