I hired them for my engagement plus wedding as they did a good job for engagement but i am had horrible experience with wedding photography..they didn’t capture all the moments properly and missed capturing most important part, Vidaai. To get the photos and videos i have to follow up multiple times and they are not responsive…very unprofessional behaviour..it’s been 7months now and i still am waiting for all wedding frame..photos and videos were shared after n number of follow ups…really very very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour..they follow the contract terms just for payment and not for the deliveries and the timelines that was agreed..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PICPARROT STUDIOS…Still following up with them for my last delivery..Frame that was agreed as part of deliverables.SHOW SOME PROFESSIONALISM IF YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER PEOPLE BUSINESS

They seemed to capture all the moments but we haven't still received the photos, the promised date has passed 3 months ago.
