Prasenjit Biswas

Prasanjit maybe good with his work but he is very unprofessional and snobby. After charging so much money you expect to get some good behaviour and professional conduct. I had booked him for my Sangeeth and wedding bridal makeup. On the day of Sangeeth, we had asked him to come by 3pm. Exactly at 3 pm his PA calls and starts fighting with us cause we have not reached venue. Everyone MUA and even examinations allow 15 mins buffer and while making booking I had confirmed that time can be half an hour up and down, that time they said no problem. On the day, I left my wedding Myra event which had not yet completed and left for the venue because she started shouting and fighting and then he left. All this was because he took multiple bookings on that day. His PA made my and another booking which was an hour away from my location within an hour range. So he left and then came back after 3 hours by which time I was already late for my Sangeeth event. And after all this he did not even have the decency to apologise. Putting me through so much tension on my special day was not worth so much money.

Prasanjit could be good at his work but he lacks professionalism to a great extent. I had to deal the worst assistant who does not know how to speak with clients and acts like she’s doing us a favour for providing the service I’ve paid a lot of money for. When I decided to finalize Prasanjit, I thought I wouldn’t have to worry anything makeup related but he and his team almost spoilt my sangeet when he had left even without doing my makeup. I had an appointment for 3pm and I had asked the assistant to give me a call before he leaves for the venue as I told her 30 min up or down might happen in wedding events. From 3:04, the assistant started threatening that Prasanjeet will leave and he actually left by 3:15 as he had another booking from 4:30 to a place which was 1 hr far from my venue. I was still okay as he promised to be back by 6pm. He reached at 6:30 and when I told the assistant that this is not fair that he left when I was 15 min late, he can’t be late by 30 min, his assistant started to fighting with us more. Even my first encounter while doing the booking was pathetic. Just because she had apologised for her behaviour then, I went ahead and made an advance payment of 50%. Overall I would say it’s not worth to pay so much money and then take so much stress on your big day.

The best experience working with Prasenjit for two of my wedding events. On time, very quick and he created 2 magical looks. Highly recommend!

My encounter with him has been disappointing. While he excels in creating the desired bridal look, the professionalism of his team, particularly his personal assistant, falls short. If you're considering booking him for your special day, be prepared for some challenges. Despite the detailed terms and conditions provided in the PDF, I had to initiate contact due to their lack of responsiveness. Despite the significant payment, the service was delivered with an attitude as if they were doing a favor. Two days before my wedding, last-minute venue changes caused inconvenience, and despite my specified time to reach the venue, plans were altered with impractical solutions. This led to additional stress as I had to find alternative options near my venue. Moving on to the reception day, although they arrived on time, there was a noticeable rush. While the makeup was commendable, the team's lack of cooperation was evident. Prasenjit himself is pleasant and easy to communicate with, but overall, the experience did not justify the cost. I advise against choosing him for your special day to avoid unnecessary stress and drama surrounding your makeup preparations.

I had a wonderful experience working with Prasenjit for my Sangeet and Wedding day. He is so clear about what he wants to achieve and takes onboard any inputs one has. I was so easily able to open up and express what I wanted for such a special look and he really delivered on it. He works magic on dusky skin and does a flawless base at an incredible speed. I received so many compliments from everyone.

Prasenjit makeup is good and I selected him for this on my Wedding. My experience with his team was very bad. Prasenjit came for the makeup , did his part and went to other clients.Though I was satisfied with the make up, but makeup is just a part of your entire look. Draping and hairsetup also plays an important part. I guess he must have taken too many bookings and he just did makeup and went away without even considering what kind of person is coming to do the hair and drape. I paid so much to get professional people to do my makeup on my big day. Its good to have a team but its good to consider what quality of people you are keeping in it. my hair was one side up one side down, the pleats were so thin in the drape. But before I could realize these things and tell her, she started panicking to go other destination for her work..and so she went away. You are great prasenjit in your work but you are also doing a work that people remember for their lifetime. Please make sure you have members that are as great as you in the team.It was bad to pay a professional amount and getting a local person to do your drape and hair.

He is an absolute magician with the brushes, we couldn't have been happier with each look he had planned for me, my sister and mother. He has an excellent understanding of skin types, a wonderful eye for colour, and respectfully listens to requests. He moved through the day with a calm, collected and stress-free attitude.
