There were options that suited different budgets to more detailed designer options, which was great since I was mixing pieces for different wedding events.The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. They listened to what I wanted and helped me mix and match pieces with my outfits. I also appreciated that they offered customization suggestions so I could tweak certain designs to make them feel more personal. Got my kadas , sheeshphool hathpool and Payal from them and got so many compliments on the jewellery. Excellent quality silver gold plated Kundan work. Found them by accident while browsing through the market but will keep visiting for special occasions. It’s really really good, their Instagram does not do the products justice. I purchased a wedding set for my daughter from Silver Queen Jewellery. I live in the USA and I was not sure how the process would work out. However, I had such a great experience working with Harsh. He provided his creativity in helping me select and customize the wedding set. I appreciated is willingness to modify based on my request which he did promptly. Because of the time zone, he worked on his personal time and late hours so that it was easier for me. All coordination was done via WhatsApp and the set looked beautiful when I opened the nicely packed box. Thank you Harsh for your efforts and great customer service. Customer service is excellent. I worked with Hars. This was for online order. He was super quick to respond. he was great at sending pics and video chats. I bought a lot as he was able to customize jewelry according to my needs. He was professional and able to explain shipping clearly too.

My experience at this shop was superb. Harsh was amazingly patient with the whole process. I was buying from USA and had to exchange the jewelry once. Nirav also was very helpful. It is hard to find employees like Harsh. Good job and thank you.

Ordered a necklace for a wedding. It was beautiful. They were very easy to work with and I was able to customize my jewelry to match the colors and style I was looking for. He sent a pic of the set before shipping it. Price was also reasonable. Shipping took exactly the amount of time he mentioned. Only addition I would suggest is adding a jewelry box along with the shipment. Could be nice to keep the jewelry in. All in all had a great experience and will definitely be buying from them again.
