They took a token amount upfront and then became completely unresponsive and uncooperative. The venue and catering arrangements were a nightmare, and they kept changing the plans without consulting us. It was like they were just looking for excuses to extract more money from us. The wedding planning process was incredibly stressful, and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save your money and find someone else to plan your special day
