From the first day itself they will provide you with catalogs that have transparent rate information and then add you to a group where they will constantly guide you and answer all your queries, we had to change dates at the last moment they were highly compliant and adjusted to that as well without any hesitations. coming to food, very item was top notch, their hospitality is what sets them apart from the rest, I was the bride their staff kept on checking on me all time on whether I needed any food or drink. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the services of Sweet and Sour Caterer, and I must say, they exceeded every expectation. From the presentation to the last bite, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and culinary finesse. The menu was a masterclass in balance and flavor. While every single dish served was outstanding, there were several highlights that truly stole the show: Golden Fried Prawns: These were the perfect start to the evening. The batter was incredibly light and crisp, encasing prawns that were fresh, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Fish Fry: A true classic executed flawlessly. The crust was golden and crunchy, while the fish inside remained flaky and moist—exactly how a premium fish fry should be. Gondhoraj Bhetki: This was perhaps the star of the main course. The subtle, aromatic fragrance of the Gondhoraj lime paired beautifully with the tender Bhetki, creating a refreshing and sophisticated flavor profile that left everyone talking. The Desserts: We were treated to a variety of sweets, and each one was a triumph. They weren't just sugary; they were rich, authentic, and provided the perfect "sweet" finish to the "sweet and sour" journey. From pre-event arrangements, follow through and implementation on the day of the event at Swapno Bhor New Town, they were totally professional, efficient and exuded very high standard of delivery.
