Title: Unprofessional Experience with The Creative Hub ________________________________________ As the mother of the bride, I had high hopes for my daughter’s wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience with The Creative Hub fell far short of our expectations. Here are the key issues we encountered: 1. Customer Service and Communication: o Meetu, the owner of The Creative Hub, displayed unprofessional behavior throughout our interactions. She was argumentative and even shouted at me during phone conversations. While she would apologize afterward, her behavior remained consistent. o Meetu’s communication skills were lacking. Instead of listening to the preferences of the bride and groom, she often recommended shortcuts that felt lazy. As paying clients, we expected more personalized attention. o Meetu misled us about costs, collaborated with a makeup artist to charge us more, and failed to prioritize our special day. Her focus was to save on money over by hiring unprofessional vendors. Her markup was quite high for everything from make-up artist, mehndi artist, decorator, band or DJ. An example the car for groom was there for an hour where it was supposed to be there until Vidai. She did not fulfil and of the commitment She was not considerate of time difference for scheduling the meetings instead we had to stay late to meet with her. Overall, there was no consideration of a paying customer. 2. Decorations Delay: o The decorations were not ready on time, causing significant delays. As a result, the baraat arrived late, and the entire wedding ceremony was delayed. o Shivam, an employee of The Creative Hub, stood out as a professional who ran the show efficiently. His dedication ensured that our selected decorations were executed flawlessly. o 3. Tony and Guy Dehradun (Makeup Artist): Niddhi, the makeup artist from Toni & Guy Dehradun, collaborated with Meetu and overcharged us. Transparency is crucial in such arrangements. Unfortunately, the planner canceled the contract with me a day before the wedding, leaving me to deal with make-up artist directly and make-up artist charged double the price, causing stress and frustration. I had hired the planner to avoid such issues, but it didn’t provide the stress-free planning I expected. Additionally, Niddhi’s unprofessional behavior, including leaving my daughter’s makeup to an assistant on the wedding day, was disappointing.” I hired the planner to avoid all these things and this planner did not provide me a stress-free planning instead it was a distressing memory. o The make-up artist owner was manipulative, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. She asked me to pay her in cash at her studio instead of at the venue. This shows that she is cheating and is not transparent with the original 4 Photography: The photographer was unexperienced, did not cover the events of this special event. The photos were not coordinated, planned. The skilled photographers will use various photographic techniques and lighting equipment, will have adequate supplies like batteries which this photographer lacked. He did not capture subjects in professional-quality photographs. Due to inexperience, he was not able to enhance the Bride and Groom’s appearance with natural or artificial light instead he did not pay attention on the background to be proper. 4. Band Bazza and Barat: Planner did not coordinate any event and Barat was also among that. The Rolls Royce was hired for the starting of the barat to Vidai where the car was no where to see right after the groom got down of the car. It looks like she was working with multiple parties just to double dip the cost. Our memories of this important day are now tainted due to Meetu’s unprofessionalism. In summary, I strongly advise against hiring The Creative Hub for your wedding planning needs. She cut corners to hire inexperience and cheap vendors. Their lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach can negatively impact your special day. Consider other options to ensure a smoother and more memorable experience. We live in the United States and got married in Mussoorie. We chose this company because they were about an hour away in Dehradun. Do not use this company to decorate your wedding! Especially if you are an international bride and groom. Their customer service is laughable. Meetu, the owner of the company, is unprofessional, argumentative, and careless. She YELLED at us multiple times on the phone and then sent a long apologetic text. If you responded to the apology text and told her that she cannot keep yelling, she would just go off on you again! Meetu also lacks communication skills and customer service skills. Whenever I would tell her what I wanted as the bride, she would recommend a short cut alternative, which came off lazy. Not to mention, we are paying for her services so you would think the bride and groom would be able to make choices. The only thing on Meetu’s mind is money. She ended up scamming us by telling us different costs on her end for the make-up artists, yelling at us for talking to the makeup artist to then discover that she charges less, and then ultimately teamed up with her make-up artist Niddhi from Tony and Guy, Dehradun (see my review for her on their site) to charge us more! Meetu is not invested in the bride and grooms’ day and does not care about making it their best day ever, PERIOD. The decorations also were not ready on time. Because of this delay, the baraat was significantly late and then the marriage was even later. Meetu should learn how to own a company and deal with customers from her employee Shivam. Shivam was the only good part about this company. He was polite, respectful, and ran the entire show. He is the reason our decorations looked like our selections. Because of Meetu, I have a horrible memory associated with one of the best days of my life. Do not let her ruin your important day! Do not hire her!

Mrs. Meetu Bansal is the founder and is there with you every step of the way to help you personally. Making it a point that everything goes smoothly, from the inception to the end.

They were very different from other wedding planners I spoke with them and tell them what exactly I want. Team Creative Hub has great connections with all kinds of vendors be it Luxury hotel properties to the best photographers to musicians for the best prices. Each and everyone was always there to talk to and make sure our things ran smoothly. I really liked his teamwork that began months before the wedding. From logo art to video to card printing and stationery. The art team is very strong and great. My likings are quite different from usual to be honest but his team delivered better than My expectations. We had a team of 20 people for 2 days destination wedding in Nov.
