not happy with the experience at all: 1. ordered favors from her, wasn't reachable most of the time and i had to constantly remind of things 2. the thank you card missed a word and the font was too tiny 3. the bag i had opted was different than what was delivered. the reasoning given was 'she hadn't checked it before delivery' i got a refund of 1.5k but that doesn't make up for the messed up greeting card and the bags i had carefully chosen
