Right from the time we first met Team Vellvet box, I had a feeling that they would deliver.And they delivered “Exceeding Expectations”. It was not an easy task to manage 5 different functions, back to back and at the same location. Dilraj of Vellvet Box was most professional. Their USP is their willingness to listen,improvise,suggest, and finally execute the task with complete perfection. Even though our first function was on 21st Nov, their team arrived at the venue on 15th Nov and started the preparations. They have a very dedicated set of workers and supervisors-be it lighting,florist,props, etc, who knew their job very well. Special mention for the lighting team and the florists who worked round the clock (literally!!) to ensure that the layout of each function was different from the previous one. Infact our guests remarked that these workers are working so silently that their presence is not a hindrance to the function being held at that time. Team Vellvet box was most sensitive to the religious requirements of the Anand Karaj and ensured everything went off perfectly. The team spirit between various departments was evident.Vellvet Box worked effortlessly with various vendors to ensure that the entire event was accomplished without any flaw and to the ENTIRE SATISFACTION of all concerned. Special mention also for their housekeeping staff who ensured that they left our bungalow in the same clean and hygenic condition as they had first arrived. The Jai Mala and the couple entry shed were thoughtfully designed and looked stunning — every element was filled with creativity, emotion, and class. What truly touched us was their personal involvement — they didn’t just do the décor, they genuinely cared. They even attended to our guests on our behalf, making sure everyone felt comfortable and welcomed, which is rare and highly appreciated. If I could give less than 1 star then I would definitely give to this wedding planner. I had my wedding this year on 12th Nov. We hired them for decoration and Dj. I really had a worse experience with them in terms of their management as well as the attitude of the owners specifically Mrs. Dilraj Kaur. The amount of money which was paid, we didn’t get the services like that and the quality of decorative items used such as flowers and cloth materials were extremely cheap and not fresh flowers. Even after getting a DJ liscence from the appropriate agencies like Novex, they did not played the music in my haldi event which was extremely disappointing for me and my guests. Be aware they might speak to you very humbly and nicely, but when it comes to delivery of services they have failed miserably and that is what matters in your wedding.
