I would give them zero stars if I could. I had a terrible experience planning my wedding with Pooja. Throughout the whole experience, she was a problem creator and not a problem solver. Every request required multiple follow ups and multiple calls for even small requests and questions. I made the biggest mistake of my life giving her a 50% advance of the planning fee. In the end, I decided not to continue planning my wedding with her. When I asked for a refund, she said the team had spent months planning my wedding whereas the reality was that she literally just jumped on a few calls with me and sent a few emails to some venues on my behalf. She refused to refund my money - lacs gone down the drain. Save your money and choose another wedding planner!
