We had an exceptional experience with Chandika and Varshitha at Veda by Vacha for my brother’s wedding. From planning to execution, everything was handled with professionalism, creativity, and great attention to detail, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was how effortlessly they managed it all. While we were busy eating and dancing, the team had everything perfectly under control. Every event was beautifully organised, ran on time, and impressively had little to no chaos, which is almost unheard of for an Indian wedding. If you want to actually enjoy your own celebrations, they’re the team to call.

Chandrika and Varshita were an absolute delight to work with , no detail is left untouched and all our clients have been beyond happy with their service. They would handhold the client right from mood board to execution and where every detail has been discussed . Their commitment and clarity with the client and and venue partners has been impeccable .

Hands down, one of the best decisions we made. Working with Vada by VaCha was a total game-changer. They didn’t just organise the event, they got the vibe we were going for and ran with it. Every detail felt intentional, from the decor to the flow of the evening. What I really appreciated was how calm and in control they were, even when things shifted last-minute.
