Harshith and Preeyanka from Venyaa events gave us a 100% to make sure that our pre-wedding and wedding events over three days were a remarkable success. Harshith and Priyanka worked incredibly efficiently together, and their team worked wholeheartedly to incorporate my wishes into a well thought out theme with immaculate detail which ended in pure perfection. Harshith oversaw coordination and looked after all the transport arrangements to our international guests, liaised with hotels and managed all arrangements professionally. Harshith was there always at hand to manage any of our requests and offered an extremely wide variety of contacts to make sure anything for the events were taken care of by the best in the business. Harshith’s negotiation skills were immaculate making sure all was within budget and getting our prior approval to all monetary matters. Preeyanka worked with me closely to come up with all the decor concepts and boy did she deliver on the day! My vision was a modern take on traditional events and she offered excellent insight into what would work and truly listened to exactly what I wanted too (definitely difficult to find someone who does this!). All the guests were in aww with the décor and we received numerous compliments particularly about the flower arrangements, stage setting and the colour coordination. Both Harshith and Preeyanka made my wedding so magical, and I wanted to extend a special thank you for helping me and my parents organise our events, allowing us to remain stress and hassle free throughout the three-day event.
