We hired Weddings by Evensia for our wedding in Thailand and it was the worst decision we could have made. From the first call I had with Bharat from the Evensia team, he was very nice and did a really good job at selling himself. He was talking up a lot of big game through all the work that they have done and the services they offer. He was saying all the right things to ensure we hired him. And after that is when it all went down hill. Bharat and the team make a massive cut from all the vendors that they are "recommending" and it was evident to us because we would reach out to the vendor directly and they would offer us a lower price and also tell us to not tell Bharat and the Evensia team. Since we were not going to be fooled, we decided to hire a lot of our own vendors directly and that didn't sit well with Bharat and his wife, Samruddhi especially when we did not hire their suggested decor vendor (this is where they get the highest cut). Samruddhi was the most unprofessional person who would often say rude things to us and clearly showed lack of interest. Because Bharat is smarter than her, he even removed her from our chat group and decided she was not going to be attending the wedding - all this showed the lack of professionalism and team effort on Evensia's side. As for the main wedding, although the contract clearly mentioned that Bharat was supposed to manage all vendors, he decided to just sit back and not coordinate with any of the vendors. He kept trying to insinuate us during the wedding with everything that went wrong. And on the last event, he stopped even talking to us properly. Weddings are supposed to one of the most important events in everyone's life and we recommend people to not hire them. They did not make our lives easy and were solely focused on squeezing as much money as they could out of us!

My daughter got married in October at Phuket in what I can only describe as a dream wedding. A dream which was brought to us, created and finally delivered by Evensia.
