With my mother hospitalized for dengue at the time, I was not in the state of mind to pose or “get clicked,” but Sunny Sir and his incredible team stood by me with patience, understanding, and quiet strength. They were there through every high and low, grounding me and helping me find my feet when I needed it most. I can honestly say I relied more on Sunny Sir, his team, and my planners Shikha ji and Michael ji than even family during that time — and it was true bliss to have them by my side. His wife, the real pillar behind it all, is every bit a part of the magic; together they form a duo that brings not just professionalism but heart into their work. While the wedding videos are the only thing pending (and we are not rushing them), I know they will be worth the wait. Sunny Dhiman is an artist and a human being par execllensce and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to capture the most important days of my life. He was present at every shoot, every moment, and is supremely hard-working and giving as a person.

Forest Hill Resort is a truly picturesque and classic venue — lush, green, and serene, it felt like the perfect canvas for our wedding. The arrangements were beautiful, the caterers exceeded expectations, and dealing with the owners, Mr. Naveen Sidhu and his team, was a fabulous experience. Mr. Karan, the manager, was extremely helpful and hands-on throughout, which we really appreciated. That said, the washroom facilities could definitely be improved, and a disappointing moment came when Gokul’s team, who the resort promotes, suddenly hiked rates at the last minute — even asking for 8 lakhs extra on the morning of my wedding for a mirror aisle we had already agreed upon, which was very sad. Still, the resort itself was everything we could have wished for — elegant, natural, and unforgettable.

Suhani Chopra did a wonderful job with my looks for the sangeet and wedding — I truly loved how everything came together and appreciated the time and effort she put into making me feel beautiful. For the reception, my family wasn’t as fond of the final look, and since she had other commitments that day, I did feel a little rushed and my draping wasn’t as polished as I had hoped, which was a bit tricky once photos began. That being said, I deeply value that she still made the time for me despite her busy schedule. One small area of disappointment was that my mother couldn’t get her makeup done by Suhani as planned, yet we were charged for both functions. It would have been nice if either only the token amount had been retained or the service postponed for a future function. Overall, Suhani is talented, professional, and very good at what she does — I’m grateful for her contribution to my wedding and wish her the best always.
