Basera banquet is the banquet whereI celebrated my 25th anniversary! I have attended several more parties in Basera since years and everytime I feel the place is SPLENDID and everytime they try to be creative with decor and food and beverages! These are new social theifs Basera Banquets , we had done a booking for the wedding at your banquet which could not happen due to succumbed covid. But you were just interested in forfieture of the money. How can you keep any advance money or forfiet it without providing any service. You are the new age social theifs and dacoits. Everyone please beware of before booking this place. They are inhumans. Is this the way you run your organization? Really shameful.

These people are social thiefs. Don't book this banquet at all. They take the advance and won't refund or reschedule your booking even if a close person in ur family gets ill or get infected with corona ( which was my case) . So inhumane

Booked it for my parents' 25th anniversary, our guests and all of us were happy with the arrangements. They under promised and over delivered
