I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent food order I received from your restaurant located at Phase 1, next to Pranjape Blue Ridge Society, Hinjewadi, Tal-Mulshi, Pune. The food delivered was rotten and had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it completely unfit for consumption.This experience has not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the hygiene and safety standards maintained at your establishment. I urge you to address this matter promptly to avoid any harm to your customers.
